1. Scope The purpose of this document is to provide AMC/CADF Staff guidance in case of contingency procedures. The content of this OI is extracted from the ASM-NM Agreement document which is published on the OneSkyteams : ASM_SG / LoA. Signed ASM-NM agreements: Finland, Norway, Croatia, Bulgaria, Sweden, Czech Republic, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Denmark, Poland, Bosnia-Herzegovina. In addition of the FTI AMC/CADF s, specific contingency measurements are added in this OI. Annex 1 includes specific contingency measurements procedure/templates requests per AMC and written down in ASM NM agreement document. It is the responsibility of the AMC to report to NM changes in the NM-ASM agreement document, concerning item Annex B (Appendix 1/2), Annex C /D and E. Page 1 of 10

Specific national measures - Airspace Management Office (ASMO) Contingency Procedures B.3.1. AUP in DRAFT status and B2B link (LARA / CIAM) unserviceable: a) AMC contacts CADF to promote AUP on behalf of AMC B.3.2. AUP in INTENT (or only locally stored in LARA) and B2B link unserviceable: a) AMC provides a READY AUP (ACA or TXT file) to CADF via email b) CADF implements hardcopy manually in CIAM B.3.3. AMC unable to generate AUP: a) AMC requests CADF to implement the AMC contingency template described in this Annex, which contains a pre-defined airspace & route configuration, specifying the Page 2 of 10
applicable activation periods. b) AMC Switzerland issues the request by telephone and, workload permitting, confirms the request via email. c) CADF shall implement the contingency template in CIAM, respecting the applicable activation periods as indicated by AMC. B.3.4. No contact possible between AMC & NMOC: a) CADF shall implement the contingency template during the following periods: During summer time: from 0600 until 2000 UTC During winter time: from 0700 until 2100 UTC B.3.5. No contact possible with CADF: B.3.6. a) AMC tries to reach NM AD SPVR or (if not possible) b) AMC tries to reach any other position in NMOC (e.g. via MFC lines) Updated Use Plan (UUP): a) Workload permitting, the procedures detailed in A1.1 and A1.2 above may also be applied for transmitting and publishing UUP information.
