No. 2776 Government Gazette 1 August 2002 5 MINISTRY OF WORKS, TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATION No. 129 2002 CLOSING OF DISTRICT ROADS 3427, 3428 AND 3429: DISTRICT OF RUNDU In terms of section 22(1 )(c) of the Roads Ordinance, 1972 (Ordinance No. 17 of 1972), it is hereby made known that the Minister has in the district of Rundu closed district roads 3427, 3428 and 3429 as described in Schedules I, II and III and shown on sketchmap P2108 by the symbols A-B-C, B-D and A-E respectively: The said sketch-map shall at all times lie open to inspection at the office of the Roads Authority, Windhoek, during normal office hours. A copy of this notice and the said sketch-map on which the road to which the proposal refers and other proclaimed, minor and private roads in the area are shown, shall for the full period of30 days, mentioned below, lie open to inspection at the offices of the Roads Authority, Windhoek, and the District Manager, Opuwo, during normal office hours.
