Conditions of title: (1) The following conditions shall be registered in favour of the Local Authority against the title deeds of all erven, except the erven mentioned in paragraph 2: (a) (b) The erf may only be used or occupied for the purposes which are in accordance with the Outjo Town Planning Scheme, approved in terms of the Town Planning Ordinance, 1954 (Ordinance No. 18 of 1954) as amended. The building value of the main building, excluding the outbuilding must be at least equal to four times the municipal valuation of the erf. Reservation of erven Erven 903 to 904 are reserved for the Local Authority as public open spaces. 4. Conditions of title (1) The following conditions must be registered in favour of the Local Authority against the title deeds of all erven, except the erven referred to in paragraph 3: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) there is no obstruction or deviation of any natural course of storm water over the erf without the written approval of the Local Authority; the erf must be subject to the reservation for the Local Authority of the right of access and use without compensation of the area three metres parallel with any boundary of such erf, for the construction and maintenance of services in respect of water, sewerage, drainage, electricity and gas, which right includes the right to place on such erf temporarily any material that may be excavated during such operation on the erf or adjacent erf, where the erf has more than one street frontage, access to the erf is obtained from the street determined by the Local Authority; for the purpose of this schedule offensive trade as defined in Regulation 1(a) of the regulations promulgated under Government Notice No. 141 of 1926 means any of the business, trades, works or institutions mentioned in that regulation; no cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, monkeys, beast of prey or draught animals must be kept or allowed on the erf; the erf must be used for residential purposes only; and the minimum building value of the main building, including the outbuildings, must be at least equal to two times the valuation of the erf. No. A508/201 1), to be an approved township. The conditions subject to which the application for permission to establish the township concerned has been granted are set out in the Schedule. MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND TOURISM No NOTIFICATION OF HUNTING SEASON FOR PERIOD I MAY 2013 UNTIL 31 AUGUST 2013 FOR HUNTING OF HUNTABLE GAME AND HUNTABLE GAME BIRDS: NATURE CONSERVATION ORDINANCE, 1975 In terms of subsection (2) of section 25 of the Nature Conservation Ordinance, 1975 (Ordinance No. 4 of 1975) it is made known that I have, under subsection (1) of that section, determined that, for the period from 1 May 2013 until 31 August 2013, the hunting season -

11 5188 Government Gazette 15 May (a) during which any of the species of huntable game specified in Annexure A, but in the case of Kudu not more than one of the species per hunter may be hunted by virtue of a permit granted under section 30 of the Ordinance or on an area which has been declared a conservancy under section 24A of the Ordinance and farms being in extent not less than 1000ha for the period - (i) (ii) 1 May 2013 to 3 1 August 2013 in the case of a registered conservancy and farms which are enclosed with a game-proof fence as defined in section 1 of the Ordinance; and 1 June 2013 to 31 July 2013 in the case of farms which are enclosed with an adequate fence as defined in section 1 of the Ordinance. (b) (c) during which any of the species of the huntable game birds specified in Annexure B may be hunted by virtue of a written authority granted under section 32 of the Ordinance, must be the period as specified in that Annexure in respect of each species but subject to the restrictions on the number of birds that may be hunted per day as so specified in respect of each species; during which huntable game specified in Annexure A or huntable game birds specified in Annexure B may be hunted by virtue of a permit granted under section 28 of the Ordinance within an area which has been declared a conservancy under section 24A of the Ordinance, must be the period from 1 May 2013 to 31 August 2013, subject to the restriction on the number of huntable game and huntable game birds that may be hunted per day as specified in Annexure B in respect of each species.
