REGIONAL AND STATE ISSUES (High Occupancy Vehicle/High Occupancy Toll/Toll Lane) (Caltrans/Transcore/SANDAG) DISCUSSION Discussion about state and regional events, laws, and regulations regarding High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV), High Occupancy Toll (HOT), and Toll facilities and the potential effect on the region. 3.
