Some concerns were parking, noise levels, where the Jays will play during construction, and shade.

Question 1 comments: Great Yes! How can we not?! Look what we get for $5 million- what a return on investment and benefit to community This type of upgrade is necessary to have a facility which is commensurate with the type of first class organization Toronto is Will be so beautiful :) Excellent! I'm glad the Jays are staying & that the main stadium will be in the same location Let's go Yes!!! The sooner, the better! Beautiful and really needed Like concentrating major/minor training at Solon complex. Need to emphasize 365 days/yr investment/use/economical benefit to City & County- not just 6 weeks of spring training Is there enough parking for spectators at the training complex? Are cars safe from homerun balls towards the south? Excellent. First class presentation Well thought out plan. Love the updates/changes. Nice that it fits with current footprints and is not extravagant- looks nice! Overall concepts and planning as presented was great! Very informative answering many questions Very nice and state of the art stadium. The old ballpark has long lost its charm. Like the fact we would have new seating as well as a much larger concourse Great plans. Make sure you keep as many of the existing plants as you can along Beltrees & Douglas Very happy with what I saw today. Great show! Lots of information. Staff and professionals friendly, knowledgeable, and full of info in their varying expertise! Fantastic job! Congrats to Blue Jay Dunedin Staff! Lanie and Vince are awesome. Conceptual plans look good and seem to launch the stadium forward to meet user expectations and are attractive to fans. Very nice! The presentation was very informative. Stadium needed much improvement regarding the Phillies stadium comparison Very well done. Much more comfortable seating and more cover in hot weather. Well done, plenty of staff YES!! I love the new plans! Absolutely inspirational! I liked each of the 3 versions of style. Try to have as many seats covered (shaded) as possible.

Fabulous job! Great job Excellent! Very thorough presentation, well done! Still too many unanswered questions- Dunedin's funding?% if Penny doesn't pass, Vanech replacement, dog park Question 3 detailed answers: cup holders berm viewing, tiki bar, group area, kids zone nice tiki bar restaurant lots of food choices public artwork- baseball theme Perfect! Love it! "History of Toronto Blue Jays" area berm viewing area, tiki bar berm viewing area, tiki bar, kids zone walk path berm viewing, tiki bar, group area, kids zone SHADE!!! berm viewing, tiki bar, group area, kids zone The kids zone is awesome. For me, the tiki bar area looks great. I liked club seating areas free high-speed Wi-Fi, tiki bar, improved concessions and wine play park for kids, doggie daycare berm viewing, tiki bar, group area, kids zone berm viewing area, larger video board and boardwalk are nice additions water fountains, more food varieties (healthier choices) art in public areas walklight at Orangewood & Douglas, more parking, traffic control berm viewing, tiki bar, group area, kids zone berm viewing, tiki bar, group area, kids zone Comfortable seating, I like the walk around the entire park berm viewing I like the variety of viewing spaces. boxes Family style atmosphere and reasonable rates, better viewing, and improvement in parking, vending, etc. food vendors- variety

Berm viewing, tiki bar, group area, kids zone- the conceptual plan presented covers all amenities I would like to see. Great plan! How about a roof and some AC? Make it so there are a few key spots at the stadium that could be utilized for sporting event viewing such as Super Bowl, World Series, etc. It would enhance the revenue of the stadium for the Jays, city, concessions, etc. A win-win! berm viewing, tiki bar, group area, kids zone Cup holders on seats, ice cream cones, more accessible recycling containers. As stadium is upgraded, please keep "hometown" atmosphere. Make sure the osprey nest remains! I love the idea of berm viewing. berm viewing, tiki bar, group area, kids zone berm viewing, tiki bar, group area, kids zone, plus cooling area with misting machines My primary focus would be a large, diverse, and well-stocked team store! Next is a fantastic tiki bar. Nice handicap area. More varied concessions, maybe use outfield deck space for specialty food/drink stands. Involve local craft breweries. Cup holders on seats, please! Try to involve Dunedin businesses in concessions. Fan seating at complex on Solon Ave for Gulf Coast League games. swimming pool more food vendors berm viewing, tiki bar seats with cup holders, free Wi-Fi, increased food options team store, berm viewing, tiki bar splash zone for kids shade, shade, shade healthy food vendor (smoothies) tiki bar, kids zone tiki bar, kids zone, group area more shaded areas, accessible for non-game day activities, non bar areas, no smoking Other comments: Great investment for City's money Just concerned about parking and the impact of 2-3000 more guests at the games We moved from the New Orleans area 4 years ago and now live in Palm Harbor. We became Dunedin Blue Jay Senior Season Ticket Holders immediately. We love the games, we love our boys and will be heartbroken if they move elsewhere. We entertain visitors from New Orleans & always bring them to games. Dunedin certainly benefits- Please keep our Jays here. This community needs the Blue Jays. Appreciate the loyalty to the area shown by Blue Jay management and fans More advertising needed for minor league games. Behind you 100% Go Jays! Good luck!!

I am a business owner downtown and the month and a half the Jays are here REALLY helps us put monies away for the long, hot, slow summer! PLEASE WORK IT OUT Still need more awning coverage in common seating area It is the right direction to keep the Jays. It is an integral part of the Dunedin heritage. Yes Keep the feeling of being close to the action, please Well done! Key West fits the style of the neighborhood. It's clean. Mediterranean looks like a Publix, Retro is common & plain. Key West is best! Get it done! Parking if someone parks in a 3 hr limit space and a game runs longer, will tickets be given or someway to extend the parking time? The stadium needs updates. More activities for fans. Very important to see this come to fruition. I hope there is plenty of meetings. If possible, use guy wires instead of the thick black poles. Run nets past both dugouts. Possibly add net to protect against wild throws to 1st base (similar to Joker Marchant). Keep nets high over dugouts. Keep the Blue Jays in Dunedin!!! Proud to be here! Thanks to all for coming up with a plan to keep Blue Jays here. We live 3 blocks away and go to lots of DJs games, too. This would definitely help with attendance during spring & summer and be an economic benefit to the city. More shaded seats Maximize your use of plants and green space. I'm very excited about your plans for the stadium and wish you well! We are direct neighbors across the street on Beltrees. We ask that you keep the beautiful plants and trees that give a "green zone" buffer between the street and your facility. Tony Suarez (our friend) has done a tremendous job over the years. When we moved in over 10 years ago, it was an ugly wasteland of an asphalt parking lot. Now it is a lovely sight. Good luck Could we ever have concerts in the stadium with professional event promoters? Traffic control! Many pedestrians in neighborhood during games- need traffic/walk signal at Orangewood and Douglas I think Dunedin greatly benefits from this improved stadium at a small cost to us. I urge Commissioners to fully support this. My concerns are funding and parking. Adding 3000 seats without defined parking may be more than the neighborhood can handle. Hopefully Dunedin's portion of funding can be resolved satisfactorily. Great job! Outstanding ROI for Dunedin

Take out the oak trees along Douglas Ave and replace with palms. People coming from the north want to see palm trees so they feel like they are in Florida. Plus much less of a mess and easier to grow grass in the common area. Great attention to detail. Any discussion about noise alleviation for the larger facility? Just a thought Are shuttle buses being offered in lieu of parking for spring training games? Will Dunedin Blue Jays continue to play games as scheduled if stadium is being reconstructed? Don't want a situation like Lakeland Flying Tigers had in 2016. Please ensure that the Blue Jays and City Parks & Rec have a plan for including youth baseball including the high school. The past few years have been difficult on the LL and DHS baseball. Thank you for all the effort that has been put into this project. We moved here for the baseball and we are very glad the Blue Jays will stay! Please keep as much greenery as possible around the stadium especially on Beltrees to give the necessary barrier from stadium to residential. Can't wait to see the finished product. Go BLUE JAYS!!! This is awesome, way overdue, and worth twice the projected price. It is near impossible to overstate the value of the Blue Jays & this project to our community. Go for it, raise my taxes. I am all in. Please try to keep D Jays playing "home" games locally during construction- at Bright House, possibly. Be sure to provide platforms on light towers for the ospreys!! Better covered seating; gets way hot & sunny during games Looks good Love the Key West style Concerns would be local traffic on side streets next to Plaza Dr with the increase in stadium seating. Please see if Fireworks could be a lower grade. Great job! Great job everyone!!! Loved all the focus on shading group and seating areas I would like to see Blue Jays invest more dollars in the project
