ALGARROBO MINING PROJECT Objective: Exploration, mining operations through an underground mine and processing a mineralized deposit located in the mining concessions Tambo Grande N 4, Tambo Grande N 5, Tambo Grande N 9 and Tambo Grande N 10, which form El Algarrobo Project. Design and implemenation of water infrastructure projects, using a management model focused on comprehensive sustainabe development of mining operations, contributing to water supply for the communities. REPOWERING TO 1000 MVA OF THE CARABAYLLO - CHIMBOTE - TRUJILLO 500 KV TL AND VARIABLE REACTIVE COMPENSATOR (SVC OR SIMILAR) +400/- 150 MVAR IN 500 KV TRUJILLO SUBSTATION Objective: The project consists of the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a repowering of a 500 kv transmission line section in the mid north of the country and a Variable Reactive compensation equipment at the Trujillo substation. MODERNIZATION OF THE REGIONAL UTILITY COMPANY, ELECTRO NOROESTE S.A. Objective: Modernize the management of ELECTRONOROESTE S.A., through the acquisition of new shares in order to provide a better service to customers in its area of influence. ELECTRONOROESTE S.A. is the company in charge of the distribution and commercialization of electric energy within the area of its concessions, located in the regions of Piura and Tumbes. NEW SUBSTATION CARHUAQUERO 220 KV (*) AND VARIABLE REACTIVE COMPENSATOR (SCV OR SIMILAR) +400/-100 MVAR IN THE SAN JUAN 220 KV Objective: The purpose of the projects is to grant the concession for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of Substations (Key Patio) that will serve to facilitate the maneuvers of the lines in the Chiclayo and Cajamarca area in the north of Peru; as well as allowing greater reliability in the supply of energy in the department of Lima Responsible body: Ministry of Energy and Mines Modality: Self-financed government initiative Investment amount (w/o VAT): USD 29 million Concession term : To be determined Area of influence: Cajamarca, Lambayeque and Lima Estimated award date: 2nd Semester 2019 (*) Project under structuring

500 KV PIURA NUEVA - FRONTERA SUBSTATION TRANSMISSION LINE Objective: The Comprehensive Peru-Ecuador Interconnection Project includes the construction of a 500 kw Transmission Line that will link the Chorrillos Substation in Ecuador with the La Niña Substation in Peru (The Line). The Line includes the construction of two new midway substations: Pasaje Substation in Ecuador and Piura Nueva Substation in Peru. Responsible body: Ministry of Energy and Mines Modality: Self-financed government initiative Investment amount (w/o VAT): USD 144 million Concession term : To be determined Area of influence: Tumbes and Piura Estimated award date: 2nd Semester 2019

TINGO MARÍA AGUAYTÍA 220 KV LINK, SUBSTATIONS, LINES AND ASSOCIATED EXTENSIONS; LA NIÑA PIURA 500 KV LINK, SUBSTATIONS, LINES AND ASSOCIATED EXTENSIONS AND PARIÑAS - NUEVA TUMBES 220 KV LINK, SUBSTATIONS, LINES AND ASSOCIATED EXTENSIONS Objective: (i) The 220 kv Tingo María Nueva Aguaytía transmission line (73 km) begins in the future Tingo María Nueva substation located in the Department of Huánuco and reaches the Aguaytía Substation, property of Aguaytía Energy, located in Department of Ucayali. (ii) The 500 kv La Niña Piura transmission line will connect La Niña substation with the future Piura Nueva substation with an approximate length of 87 km. (iii) The 220 kv Pariñas - Nueva Tumbes transmission line (158 km) includes the branching of 220 kv L- 2280-Nueva Tumbes transmission line, the construction of Nueva Tumbes substation and extension of a cell in Pariñas substation for the exit to the Nueva Tumbes substation Responsible body: Ministry of Energy and Mines Modality: Self-financed government initiative Investment amount (w/o VAT): USD 208.81 million Concession term: To be determined Area of influence: Tumbes, Piura, Huánuco and Ucayali. SUBSTATION NEW CHINCHA OF 220/60 KV, NAZCA NEW SUBSTATION OF 220/60 KV AND 138 KV TRANSMISSION LINE PUERTO MALDONADO-IBERIA Objective: The purpose of the projects is to grant in concession the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of Substations (Key Patio) that will serve to facilitate the maneuvers of the lines in the Ica area. Likewise, the purpose of the transmission line, of simple circuit and 160 km in length, is to supply electricity to the city of Iberia, as well as the population and industrial loads of the zone, with energy coming from the National Interconnected Electric Grid (SEIN, by its acronym in Spanish). As part of the project, the Puerto Maldonado substation must be expanded, to complete the connection cells of the existing transformer and to install the exit bay of the Puerto Maldonado-Iberia line.
