Maintenance and Protection of Traffic There are 5 major construction stages proposed Two lanes of traffic will be open at all times during peak hours on a reduced roadway width (Two 11-foot lanes with 2-foot shoulders in each direction) Intermittent lane closures are anticipated for activities that require lifting operations (i.e. steel removal and installation, overhead sign truss installation, etc )

Anticipated Construction Schedule & Cost Start of Construction- March 30, 2015 Contract Completion- June 25, 2020 (Incentives in Place for substantial completion by August 2019) Project budget including construction contingencies and utility work is $298 million, not counting the costs to inspect and administer the work.
