You will board the outbound flight to Bali(DPS Ngurah Rai International Airport). Enjoy the on board food, beverage and the entertainment. Sept 19 Arrive Bali (In-flight Meals) Upon clearing Customs and Immigration, you will meet by your local tour guide. Your guide will present you with a welcome packet including all necessary documentation and vouchers and all contact information of your guide and local offices. Then will transfer you to our luxury hotel. You will have free time to rest, relax and acclimate to your new time zone. Hotel: Bali Seminyak: Sense Seminyak Hotel Deluxe or similar Sept 20 Bali (Breakfast, Dinner) This morning you will enjoy the breakfast at the hotel and will have some leisure time to relax. Then, experience an evening of Kecak dancing at a cliff top temple followed by a barbeque seafood dinner under the stars. In the late afternoon you will be taken to the location of the famous cliff hanging temple at Uluwatu. Perched on the edge of a steep cliff, the temple sits 70 metres above the crashing waves of the Indian Ocean. The temple is inhabited by a large number of monkeys, many of whom can be found roaming the pathways. As the sun sets over the glittering ocean, watch a dramatic Kecak Dance or Ramayana Monkey Chant performance at the temple. Wearing traditional checked cloth around their waists, the male dancers chant in unison while depicting a battle from the Ramayana. After the performance drive to one of the beautiful beaches in Jimbaran for a barbeque seafood dinner in a beach restaurant. Feast on a succulent seafood platter
including prawns, grilled fish, squid and clams. Try some kangkung, also known as Indonesian water spinach, and add some heat in the form of sambal, the spicy Indonesian sauce. A visit to Bali is incomplete without some chill time on the beach, and you will find some of the absolute best beaches right in Seminyak. Sept 22 Bali (Breakfast) Today is a freeday at leisure. You can do some last minute souvenir shopping, this will be your last day in Bali for this trip. Sept 23 Bali - Thailand Bangkok (Breakfast) Today after breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport and take a flight to Bangkok. Sawadikap! Welcome to Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand. We will visit one of the Bangkok's wellknown sights at Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha) the oldest and largest temple in the city, with its astonishing giant Reclining Buddha, over 150 feet long and almost 40 feet high. Then we drive through the bustling Chinatown, Bangkok s largest Flower Markets at Paklong Talat, drive via Royal Avenue where most of the Government offices are located and the King's Palace before returning to your hotel and the rest of the day is free on your own. ($39/person, Minimum 4 participants to operate) Sept 25 Thailand Bangkok (Breakfast, Lunch) Full Day Tour today: Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Ride the speed boat along the canal to the colorful Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, observe how the ancient trading of wares is conducted between hundreds of local farmers and villagers aboard with fully loaded of all kinds of products including fruits, vegetables, dry goods, and freshly cooked food on the small Sampan boats. Continue to Kanchanaburi and visit War Cemetery, resting-place for over 6,000 Allied prisoners and an opportunity to take a short train ride across the bridge on the Kwai River. During WW II, Japan constructed the meter-gauge railway line from Ban Pong, Thailand to Thanbyuzayat Burma. The line passing through the scenic Three Pagodas Pass runs for 258 miles. This is now known as the Death Railway. The construction was done using Prisoners of War (POWs) and Asian slave laborers in October 1942 and was completed in a year. Due to the difficult terrain, thousands of laborers lost their lives. After lunch at local restaurant, we continue our trip to the Hellfire Pass, which is the name of a railway cutting on the former Burma Railway in Thailand built with forced labor during the Second World War, in part by Allied prisoners of war. Head to Bangkok in the evening. Sept 26 Thailand Bangkok (Breakfast) Today is free on your own. Or join the optional tour to Bangkok s most famous landmarks including the Grand Palace, which was built in the 18th century as a royal residence for the king and his court. Follow by visit Wat Phra Kaew, which is home to the iconic Emerald Buddha, with its brightly colored buildings, golden spires and gorgeous mosaics. You'll see the distinct contrast in style between the Thai-inspired Wat Phra Kaew and the European design of the Grand Palace. Afterwards, we take a boat ride along the famous Chao Phraya River with its many historical attractions, temples and architecture, passes landmarks of Bangkok such as Wat Arun (The Temple of Dawn) and lunch at local Thai restaurant. Later we continue to visit The Ananta Samakhom. Note: sleeveless tops and short skirts are not allowed in the Marble Hall - both women and men must
