These Requirements onstitute instrutions given y the Diretor under setion 39 of the Air Nvigtion (Biliwik of Guernsey) Lw, 2012 ("the Lw"). These Requirements re not in themselves Lw. Filure to omply with these Instrutions my onstitute n offene under nd in ordne with rtile 74 nd the provisions of rtile 185(1) of the Lw. These Requirements enompss nd mplify mny of the provisions of the Lw, inluding the Rules of the Lw set out in Shedule 4 to the Lw. The pilot-in-ommnd shll omply with the lws, regultions nd proedures of those Sttes in whih opertions re onduted. The pilot-in-ommnd shll e fmilir with the lws, regultions nd proedures, pertinent to the performne of his or her duties, presried for the res to e trversed, the erodromes to e used nd the ir nvigtion filities relting thereto. A heliopter rotor shll not e turned under power, for the purpose of flight, without qulified pilot t the ontrols.
