Next to that checkbox, write in the exact location of the issue and describe the issue as if you were preparing a work order request. If you find different issue for different Criteria under the same Element, mark a checkbox for each one. If you find the same issue multiple times, add the location and description for the additional occurrences to the comments you have already entered. If you run out of space, put them in the Additional Comments area provided at the bottom of the Feature. At the end of your evaluation, review the entire form. If you found no issues as to any given Element, check off its none of the above checkbox. You may believe that an Element is not applicable to your site. If the Element has a not at this site checkbox, go ahead and check it off. If the Element does not have such a checkbox, it means that the Element is applicable. Check your Features List to see if it offers guidance about this Element. If you still have questions, call Steve Rockwell at 831-6357 before you leave the site so that he can help you evaluate figure out how to find and evaluate the Element.
