MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS: Below are pictures of campsite and power located on every site. Water and sewer connections are also located on every site. Contest organizers will NOT supply any cords or hoses so please bring all needed items. Cable and free Wi-Fi also available if you have the time to relax! 50 x 50 sites! Easy in and out! 30 and 50 amp and 110 volt power stand just plug in! There is a bathhouse/shower/toilet building located directly across from the sites and tent.
Grease and ash barrels will be placed at various locations. Grey water will be disposed of in the sewer line located in each site. Trash will be bagged and picked up at your site at approximately 8 am/2:15 pm/4 pm on Friday and Saturday by camp-resort staff. There is also a trash dumpster on site that may be used at any time by teams. DO NOT leave trash bags outside unattended as it may draw unwanted animals. Thanks to a generous donation by Chesapeake Ice, each team will be given one (1) 20 lb. bag of ice FREE! You will receive a ticket for the free bag in your packet at team check in. Ice will be delivered to sites at approximately 8am/2:15 pm/4 pm on Friday and Saturday by camp-resort staff. If you wish to purchase more than the one free bag, the camp-resort staff will be selling ice as they deliver to sites. The camp store has basic camping items for sale. NOT bbq related so please plan ahead. Pets ARE allowed in campsites; ARE NOT allowed in cottages. Smoking is NOT allowed in cottages. Open containers of your favorite adult beverage should be cleverly hidden in koozies please! Golf carts are available for rental from Bethpage camp-resort. All transactions relating to golf cart rental will be between Bethpage camp-resort and the individual. Contest committee is not responsible for any issues dealing with golf carts. If you bring your own golf cart, there are Bethpage camp-resort rules and regulations pertaining to this; please contact Bethpage camp-resort prior to arrival for information regarding private golf carts. Copies of W-9 s will be in your team packet at check in. Any monetary prize $600.00 and above will be presented in the form of a check. To receive the check, we must have a completed W-9 as required per IRS requirements. Please complete the W-9 and return to organizers PRIOR to awards.
