Page 5 of 8 3 Firefall Court Michael & Mandy Thompson 39 Hillock Woods Drive Tom & Liz Valery 59 Firefall Court HELP WITH FOSTERING LOST PETS As you've undoubtedly noticed by all the emails about pets, we are part of a community very dedicated to helping our furry friends. Thanks to all! There are times, however, when the person finding the lost pet is unable to keep the animal until the new owner is located. We are looking for volunteers in Grogan's Point who would be willing to be called upon to keep a lost pet while signs are posted, a veterinarian can determine if they are chipped and/or the owner to be located. At times, this may be on short notice, so a network of volunteers in the neighborhood is important in order to deal with this ongoing issue. If you are willing to help, please contact Tom Howard or Anthony Garcia to be added to the list. TONY'S POINT Hello Friends!!!! First, I hope that every dad had a great and stress free Father's Day weekend. Also, to all the recent Grads, congratulations!!! You have reached a major milestone in your life with many more to come. You have every opportunity to make your dreams and goals come true because you live in the greatest and most successful country this world has known. With a lot of hard work and dedication...and a little luck...your American Dream is very reachable. Good luck!!! Speaking of the American Dream...our Nation's birthday is just around the corner. As always, fireworks will be used to celebrate. Whereas your local law enforcement agrees with the deed restrictions in place in The Woodlands regarding the prohibition of fireworks, this restriction is not enforceable by law enforcement. Excessive noise caused by firework use will be handled on an individual basis. Please call Montgomery County dispatch at 936-760- 5800 to report a noise complaint. Extra law enforcement will be on patrol within Grogan's Point throughout the holiday weekend. One item to report: A resident reported an attempted break-in in the 200 Block of Starlight Place. The driveway

Page 6 of 8 gate and access control panel were tampered with and damaged. No actual residential and/or vehicular burglary occurred and no items were taken from the property. Prior to leaving the property, the resident did observe a suspicious red truck with two males in the area, but did not report it to law enforcement at that time. Please, if you see anything suspicious (including this red pickup truck with yellow grill/front bumper), please call Montgomery County dispatch at 936-760-5800. If you see a crime in progress, or a situation that could lead to immediate serious bodily injury or death, please call 9-1-1 for law enforcement assistance. ***It is that time again. For any new residents and/or residents who pay their Security Program dues twice a year, the July-December program dues ($150) are now due. Neighbors who did not sign up for January through June are invited to pay the prorated amount of $150 for membership through the remainder of 2015. Please contact Mary Campbell for an e-mailed invoice or visit the Grogan's Point website to pay your dues online. Within the next month or so, I will mail out individual invoices to the appropriate residents. If you are aware of any residents who would like to join, please contact me with the information. Please be advised that any overpayments of dues will not extend your membership into the 2016 calendar year. The excess funds will be used for additional patrol hours and the purchase of speed notification signs. This policy is directly related to tax reporting requirements of the Internal Revenue Service. As always, any questions/concerns regarding the GPRA's Security Program should be directed to Mary and Rex "Ironman" Campbell or you may contact me directly at tmadison36@hotmail.com.
