5 The Project The 39-suite Signature Boutique hotel is located in a 19th century building in Manchester s tourist area of Castlefield opposite the Museum of Science & Industry. Signature Living will carry out the sympathetic renovation of the Grade-II listed building by connecting two properties to create a contemporary 100-cover restaurant and bar, as well as extensive internal improvements that combine old and new elements for a luxurious guest experience.
