June 30: Depart USA JFK departure: Depart New York/Kennedy Airport for Israel aboard El Al Israel Airlines flight 12 departing at 2:45am. El Al requires that you check in at least 3 hours before departure. Your flight to Tel Aviv will take approximately 10 hours. Dinner and breakfast will be served onboard. B ruchim Haba im Welcome to Israel. Arrival 8:05pm at Ben Gurion International Airport where you will be welcomed and assisted. Transfer to your hotel in Tel Aviv. Tue. July 1: (for JFK flight arrival) Late morning walking tour of the charming 19 th century neighborhood of Neve Zedek a jewel amongst the surrounding modern skyscrapers. Walk along the quaint narrow lanes dotted with lovely museums, cultural complexes and quaint shops. Continue through the Carmel Market, ending at the lively Nachalat Binyamin with its delightful cafes and craft stalls. Time to enjoy the atmosphere, have lunch or shop. Afternoon at leisure. Drive to one of the newest and most astonishing sights in Israel today the Mini-Israel Park -- where every city, town and village in all of Israel has been recreated on a miniature scale. On to the military junction at Latrun, once the border with Jordan; see and visit the Tank Division Memorial. Transfer to your hotel in Tel Aviv for check in. Afternoon at leisure. Welcome dinner at hotel. (D) Wed. July 2: Begin the day with a drive to Rehovot to visit Machon Ayalon, formerly a clandestine bullet factory for the Haganah movement during the British Mandate. Return to Tel Aviv to visit the Palmach Museum (schedule permitting), telling the story of this elite striking force of the Haganah the underground military organization of the Jewish community, its national institutions and the Zionist Movement prior to the establishment of the State of Israel. Alternate choice is a visit to the Erez Yisrael Museum, multidisciplinary museum built around an archaeological site. Halutzim: Continue with a city tour of Tel Aviv. Stop at Rabin Square. At Independence Hall, relive Ben Gurion s declaration of the state, cross the street to visit the Haganah Museum. Vatikim: Walking tour of White Tel Aviv on UNESCO s World Heritage List, and see some of the architectural wonders from the Bauhaus period. Evening at leisure. (B) Thu. July 3: Depart Tel Aviv for Be er Sheva, visit the Air Force Museum at Hatzerim, followed by a visit to an Air Force base for song, smiles & laughs with the Perlman 4 & friends. Afterwards continue to our hotel on the shores of The Dead Sea. Time to enjoy a float in the Dead Sea, mineral pools or a spa treatment this afternoon. Dinner at hotel. Evening Sound and Light show at Masada (B,D) Fri. July 4: Early morning choice of a visit to Masada or a visit to the Ein Gedi Nature Preserve. Hike to the water fall. Visit to the Qumran Caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found (time permitting). Drive to Jerusalem stopping at the Tayelet for a breathtaking view of the Temple Mount. Check in at hotel, time for Shabbat preparation. Kabbalat Shabbat at the Kotel (optional). Shabbat dinner at hotel. (B,D)

Sat. July 5: Shabbat at leisure. Optional services at the synagogue of your choice, or take the opportunity for a Jerusalem synagogue hop. Optional afternoon walking tour. Evening free to visit the Midrachov (Ben Yehuda Street) or Emeq Refa im (Restaurant Row). (B) Sun. July 6: Morning visit to Yad Lekashish (Lifeline for the Aged), see the workshops and shop in the gift shop (all sales support the programs of this organization). Halutzim: Enter the Old City via the Dung Gate, visit the Davidson Center Archaeological Gardens (Southern wall excavations), walk to the Western Wall. Then, walk through the Western Wall Tunnel, following the route of an ancient Hasmonean/Herodian street that ran parallel to the Wall. Continue through the narrow, winding streets of the Old City, continue through the reconstructed Jewish Quarter including the Cardo, once the main Byzantine shopping street, the Burnt House or the Temple Institute. Vatikim: Visit to the City of David and a walk through Hezekiah Tunnel afterwards a stop at the Kotel. Visit the Jewish Quarter. Visit the Menachem Begin Heritage Center (schedule permitting). Time for exploring Ben Yehuda Street & Nachalat Shiva neighborhood. Evening song, smiles & laughs with the Perlman 4 & friends at an Army Base of the Jerusalem Command. (B) Mon. July 7: Halutzim: Drive to Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Heroes and Martyrs Memorial, visit the newly opened museum, Children s Pavilion and walk along the Avenue of the Righteous. Special Perlman4 presentation at the Valley of the Lost Communities. (admission to the museum for age 10 and over only) Alternative for families with children: visit Ein Yael Living Museum (hands-on encounters with early crafts and use of natural materials and work methods of the past). Proceed to the Israel Museum and tour the Shrine of the Book, housing the Dead Sea Scrolls. Adjacent is the Scale Model of Jerusalem depicting the city from the Second Temple Period. Vatikim: Tour the architectural wonder of the Supreme Court building and learn about Israel s justice system. Afterwards visit the Botanical Gardens (Givat Ram Campus). End the day at Ammunition Hill, site of the main battle for the liberation of Jerusalem during the Six Day War. Visit the museum and walk through the trenches. Dinner tonight at Little Jerusalem Restaurant at Beit Ticho (also an art museum). (B,D) Tue. July 8: Depart Jerusalem via the Jordan Valley after visiting Bet Alfa to see the colorful mosaics continue to Nazareth Illit for a tour of the Elite candy factory. Drive to Afula where we will visit with the families at the Merchavia Ethiopian Absorption Center, have a military briefing on current security issues at the Seam Line/Jalame checkpoint. Possible concert site in the area. Continue to kibbutz hotel for overnight. Dinner at hotel. (B,D) Wed. July 9: This morning visit Safed, ancient city of the mystics. Ascend the Golan Heights where you will gain a deeper understanding of this strategic area, and then try rafting or kayaking on the Jordan River. Visit Har Ben Tal, enter the army bunkers overlooking Kuneitra & the UN forces at the Israel/Syrian border. Continue to Katzrin to visit the reconstructed synagogue and village from Talmudic times, afterwards a tour and wine tasting at the Yarden Winery. Time permitting, on the way back to Tiberias visit Kibbutz Degania, the first kibbutz established by Jews in the areas of the Land of Israel, then under the Ottomans (1910). This evening enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee and dinner at Decks Restaurant. (B,D) Thu. July 10: Depart Tiberias for the drive to Rosh Hanikra, descend by cable car to see the magnificent underwater Grottos. Continue down the coast to the Crusader city of Akko (Acre), walk through the subterranean city and the bazzars recalling the Middle Ages. On to Netanya where we will visit an Army base and meet with IDF soldiers and enjoy an afternoon of song, smiles & laughs with the Perlman 4 & friends. Afterwards, a farewell dinner at Yekev Restaurant Netanya. (B,D) Depart for airport. Check in for flight by 9:30pm Fri. July 11: Arrive USA. Tzetkhem L shalom. Have a safe journey home. Full payment is due by April 28, 2008. Cancellations received within 31 days of departure or after ticket has been issued are subject to 100% forfeiture of airfare. Tips to guides and drivers, items of a personal nature, excess baggage and airport service charges, Trip cancellation insurance (optional & available at $165 per adult, $83 per child under 18, see below). Passenger Travel Protection Plan: Passenger Travel Protection Plan is optional but highly recommended. Our discounted price is $159 per adult, $80 per child under 18. The Pre-Existing conditions exclusion will be waived if your premium is received with initial deposit/payment for your trip and you are not disabled from travel when you pay your premium. The Tour Price: This proposal is based on tariffs and rates in effect December 15, 2007 and is subject to change. Rates are subject to revision depending on the final itinerary agreed upon, confirmed hotels, and applicable airfare. Please note: The tour operator (Kosher Journeys, Etc. and Isramworld) reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. The safety and security of our passengers are our primary concern. In Israel, we are in constant communication with the government and police security forces, therefore itinerary adjustments are sometimes necessary for your safety. Airfare Upgrades: Airfare upgrades to Business Class are available on a limited basis at an additional charge. Please inquire. Extensions / Deviations: Extensions of stay are available upon request. No additional cost for air extensions made at least 90 days in advance. Extensions are subject to flight availability. Air deviations subject to airline airfare rules.

RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY: Kosher Journeys, Etc and Isramworld and their representatives abroad act only as agents for the various companies, owners or contractors providing the means of transportation, accommodation and other services. All exchange orders, coupons and tickets are offered subject to the General Information under which such services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be the consent to the further conditions that Kosher Journeys,Etc and Isramworld and its representative abroad shall not be in any way liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the acts re defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or of any hotel proprietor, personnel or servant otherwise in connection therewith. The aforesaid Kosher Journeys,Etc,and Isramworld and/or their agents can accept no responsibility for losses or accidental expense due, as well, to delays or changes in schedules or departures, hotel overbooking or defaults, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantines, riots or insurrections, political disorders of any type, criminal acts committed by third parties or other such similar causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger, who is again advised of the availability of travel insurance. Each exchange coupon, order and ticket is to be regarded as one contracted on or in behalf of the particular company or person named in it. The passenger contract in use by the airline or steamship company concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract of air or steamship passage with the purchases of these tours and/or the passenger. The airline companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour announced in this program and to make such alterations to the itineraries as may be found desirable for the proper carrying out of the tours. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable in the Tour Operator's discretion to alter arrangements or itineraries for the passenger's comfort or welfare for any reason whatsoever, such alternations may be made without penalty to the Operator. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the Passengers. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any group at any time. This program is issued on the sole responsibility of the Tour Operator. It is not issued on behalf of and does not commit any airline whose services are used in the course of the tours. It is agreed by and between the Passenger and Kosher Journeys,Etc./Isramworld that all disputes and matters whatever arising under, in connection with or incident to this agreement shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in The City of New York, New York State, U.S.A., to the exclusion of the courts of any other city, state or country. CHANGE FEE: All changes received in writing or verbally by Kosher Journeys,Etc at least 60 days prior to departure will incur a minimum $50.00 change fee per person for each revision.
