Theft of Wheelie Bins We still have reports of wheelie bins being stolen from around the area. Bins can be marked with your postcode and house number, and this will help in its return if found by neighbours or police etc. As long as the colour and refuse type of the bin is obvious to the collectors then markings will help and deter thefts.
