WHAT HAPPENED AT ENERGYNET DURING 2017? BILL BRITAIN ENERGYNET CO-FOUNDER CHAIRMAN / PRESIDENT, ENET HOLDINGS LLC Our staff grew by 25% to a Team of 40 professionals who work as hard as is humanly possible to bring about the finest customer service and results our industry offers. Our larger engineering and technical teams enable us to bring expertise to bear in every play and property type, insuring all the upside is captured. Our team worked diligently to make over 2,500 clients pleased they decided to work with us. That meant 405 sellers received 61,700 offers/bids from buyers, insuring the properties were exposed to the full marketplace and competition was maximized. EnergyNet closed $1.39B for our clients in 2017 by facilitating the sale of 1,368 asset packages. In the past 36 months, EnergyNet successfully closed 52 transactions valued between $10MM and $125MM each; 30 of which were completed in 2017. These sealed bid offerings had significant complexities and an upside story to tell and EnergyNet delivered that message to the market. We provided either a real time continuous auction or a sealed bid environment for government entities, facilitating 2,595 lease sales for 8 state land boards and the Bureau of Land Management. Over 1.8 million acres were leased on the EnergyNet platform by those entities during 2017. Our industry clients property mix evolved yet again this year based on the industry s changes and differing needs of our clients. As always, we consulted with

our industry clients to determine the appropriate platform for their properties Rapid Cycle Sealed Bid; Negotiated le or the Online Continuous Auction. The combination of our 84% sale success ratio and the value achieved by our sellers indicates the optimum vehicle was used to capture the value of each unique divestiture. Deal volume and diversity sets EnergyNet apart. We close more deals than the other A&D Advisors combined. That deal frequency insures our business development group and technical staff are constantly connected with sellers and buyers and know everything about valuations and what transactions are closing and not getting done. We are fired up to start 2018, carrying forward the knowledge we have from last year. We want to express our most heartfelt gratitude to the sellers and buyers we had the pleasure to work for during 2017. To all repeat and new clients in 2018 you can be assured that every transaction will be handled as if it is the only one we do all year. We have a clear understanding and appreciation of the fact that your property is the most important one we will work on all year and we feel the same way. Here s to a Great 2018! SELECT PROPERTY SALES $27MM $32MM $38MM $31MM $13MM $27MM $28MM $98MM $21MM $41MM $24MM $15MM $20MM $15MM THESE SEALED BID OFFERINGS HAD SIGNIFICANT COMPLEXITIES AND AN UPSIDE STORY TO TELL AND ENERGYNET DELIVERED THAT MESSAGE TO THE MARKET.
