PHASING PLAN - PHASE 1 2 Weeks PHASE 1 SCOPE OF WORK Phase 1 consists of the reconstruction of a portion of Taxiway 'A' and the crack seal and seal coat of the North Apron. The portion of Taxiway 'A' to be reconstructed is located between Taxilane 1 and Taxilane 4, along the east edge of the Transient Apron. All of this work shall be outside of the Taxiway 'D' Object Free Area. In addition access will be provided to all hangars located on Taxilanes 1-3 via Taxilane 4. Approximate Dates: October 16 - October 27 NOTAM will be issued prior to the start of Phase 1 The construction area shall be delineated with low level barricades and all aircraft currently located on the North Apron shall be temporarily relocated to the Transient Ramp during this Phase.

PHASING PLAN - PHASE 2 3 Weeks PHASE 2 SCOPE OF WORK Phase 2 consists of the reconstruction of Taxiway 'D' from the east side of the Papillon Apron to the intersection of Taxiway 'D' and Taxiway 'A'. Runway '9-27' will remain open and maintain standard operations during Phase 2. As part of Phase 2 there will be a temporary taxiway marked onto the existing Transient Apron north of the closed portion of Taxiway 'D'. This will allow access to Taxiway 'A' and Taxilanes 1 through 4. Approximate Dates: October 30 - November 20 NOTAM will be issued prior to the start of Phase 2 The construction area shall be delineated with low level barricades.

PHASING PLAN - PHASE 3 8 Days Approximate Dates: November 13 - November 20 PHASE 3 SCOPE OF WORK Phase 3 consists of the reconstruction of the east end of Taxiway 'D' and a portion of Taxiway 'A'. This phase also includes the crack seal and seal coat of Taxiway 'A', south of the existing Fuel Farm. This work shall be completed over a five (5) consecutive day duration in conjunction with Phase 2. Runway '9-27' will remain open and operational during Phase 3, however aircraft traffic will be required to back taxi on the Runway as a portion of Taxiway 'A' will be closed. Access to all hangars on Taxilane 4 will be provided via Taxilane 3. The Contractor will be allowed to work inside the Runway Object Free Area but no work will be performed within the Runway Safety Area. RUNWAY '9-27' Shall be open for Arrivals only NOTAM will be issued prior to the start of Phase 3 This construction area shall be delineated with low level barricades and a taxiway closure marker shall be placed at the intersection of Runway '9-27' and Taxiway 'A'.

PHASING PLAN - PHASE 4 3 Weeks PHASE 4 SCOPE OF WORK Phase 4 consists of the reconstruction of the eastern half of the Transient Apron west of Taxiway 'A' and north of Taxiway 'D'. All work in this phase shall be outside of the Taxiway 'A' and Taxiway 'D' Object Free Area. The construction in this area shall be delineated with low level barricades. The contractor will be required to provide pedestrian access to the buildings at all times. In addition, the contractor will be required to install temporary fencing during this phase to maintain a secure perimeter as the new security fence is installed. Approximate Dates: November 21 - December 12 NOTAM will be issued prior to the start of Phase 4

PHASING PLAN - PHASE 5 3 Weeks PHASE 5 SCOPE OF WORK Phase 5 consists of the reconstruction of the western half of the Transient Apron north of Taxiway 'D' and on the east side of the City Apron, all work in this area shall be outside of Taxiway 'D' Object Free Area. The construction in this area shall be delineated with low level barricades. Approximate Dates: December 13 - January 04 NOTAM will be issued prior to the start of Phase 5

PHASING PLAN - PHASE 6 8 Days Max PHASE 6 SCOPE OF WORK Phase 6 consists of the crack seal and seal coat of the City Apron and the section of Taxiway 'D' located adjacent to the City Apron. The City Apron and a portion of Taxiway 'D' shall be closed during this phase. Runway '9-27' will remain open and operational during Phase 3, however aircraft traffic may be required to back taxi on Runway '9-27' to gain access to east side of the airfield. The Construction in this area shall be delineated with low level barricades. Approximate Dates: January 04 - January 11 RUNWAY '9-27' Shall be open for Arrivals only NOTAM will be issued prior to the start of Phase 6
