RACE ENTRIES All quotas and entries are according to the FIS World Cup Rules. Deadlines for team entries Announcement of team size: November 13rd, 2012 Preliminary entry and accommodation request through the FIS Online Registration System (team size including number of athletes and team staff, estimated number of rooms). Following receipt of Preliminary Entry in the FIS Online Registration System, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The email confirmation of an entry is considered as the valid receipt for the team entry. Note: Due to FIS rules, we as organizer are only allowed to accept entries submitted through the FIS online entry system. Definitive registration: December 11th, 2012 Communication of the final number of rooms and names of athletes in rooming list, eventual changes to the arrival date and the originally registered size of team (incl. officials and service personnel according to art. 4.4 FIS World Cup rules), as well as an eventual withdrawal from the event. Note: Teams or persons who register late have no right for the reservation or the payment of accommodation expenses.
ACCREDITATION FOR ATHLETES, TEAMS AND THEIR VEHICLES ACCOMMODATION PUBLIC DRAW TRAINING FIS Season Accreditation / FIS Code for Athletes According to FIS World Cup Rules the teams must use the FIS online system for FIS season accreditation requests. A FIS Season Accreditation (respectively a FIS Code for athletes) is a pre-requisite for an individual to be included on the official team entry. Each category of persons will be assigned a special code. Please make sure that all your team staff have the FIS season accreditation 2012/2013. Individuals without a FIS Season Accreditation may only be included on a separate team guest list which is mentioned in the system. Accommodation for athletes and officials is provided in the hotels located in Madonna di Campiglio. All check-ins and room registration will take place at the hotels. The payments for accommodation, full board and beverages are in accordance with FIS World Cup rules. At the accommodation office, the teams will check all the quota nights and also the extra quota nights, the amount will be communicated by the accommodation Dept. directly to the Team Captain and to the Hotel. All payments have to be made directly in hotel, including extra nights. The payment of the hotel bill for guests and additional accompanying persons of the teams who do not have the right of accommodation at the team s lodging has to be made also by each team directly at the hotel. FINANCES Team Reimbursement With the start of the 2012/13 season, the electronic payment of travel expenses for the teams has become mandatory. The payment office will be located at the Race Office. All calculations will be based on official entries. Prize Money Prize money will be paid to the winners personal bank account. Italian fiscal laws will be applied. Medical Services First Aid Madonna di Campiglio The emercency room is located in Madonna di Campiglio by the entrance of the tunnel (Madonna di Campiglio Sud). Hospital Tione di Trento The nearest hospital is located in the nearby town of Tione di Trento, 30 km. 3Tre VILLAGE An hospitality village will be set up in the park between the congress center and Piazza Sissi. All team members will be welcome to enjoy the atmosphere, the food and the warm reception of the fans.
