He is very interested in being one of if not the MOST visible Scottish purveyor, especially if we help out with excess stock. 3 He is asking if his stand side can be located in direct line with the Ceilidh Tent. From the plan you showed me that would mean having him on the south end of the Patrons tent, which I recall looks at the Ceilidh tent directly. Last year he was a little surprised to see the small food stands that got in the way. 4 He is happy to provide the volunteer lunches again (with that portal for volunteers so they don t have to line up). 5 Last year, he provided all the drinks / water for the Patrons tent, Ceilidh tent, athletes, etc. i.e. we didn t have to worry about stocking up and he took anything not used back. We should look at this for the water since we can buy it cheaper but then we have to worry about delivery, excess, etc. Public Relations Web/Social Media Comms Program Is it needed?
