SHUTDOWN 12-1 West Coast vs Fremantle derby Sunday, 14 July Building the new Fremantle Line tunnel is almost complete. To connect the new tunnel to the Transperth rail network, Perth Station and Perth Underground will be closed from Friday, 12 July to last service on Wednesday, 17 July. This will impact services to the West Coast vs Fremantle derby on Sunday, 14 July at 2.40pm. Services impacted: Fremantle Line: services cancelled Joondalup Line: services terminate at Leederville Mandurah Line: services terminate at Esplanade Armadale Line: services terminate at Claisebrook and will operate an all-stops pattern on an altered timetable Midland Line: services terminate at Claisebrook Thornlie Line: services cancelled (passengers will need to catch Armadale Line services throughout shutdown) and bus replacements will operate between Cannington and Thornlie stations Special assistance Passengers who require special assistance should phone customer service on 1800 800 022 at least an hour before they travel.
7 JULY Plan ahead. Getting to the game The best options to get to the game: Joondalup Line: Walk from Leederville Station, approximately 15 minutes to Patersons Stadium (see map on centre pages). Alternatively, passengers can catch a train replacement bus from Leederville Station to Perth and transfer to the football shuttle from Wellington Street Bus Station to Patersons Stadium. Armadale, Midland and Thornlie lines: Catch a train replacement bus from Claisebrook Station to Patersons Stadium. Mandurah Line: Catch a football shuttle from Esplanade Busport to Patersons Stadium. Fremantle Line: Catch a train replacement bus outside any Fremantle Line station to West Leederville Station. After the game Passengers can use train replacement buses for: Fremantle Line stations: depart Railway Parade near West Leederville Station Claisebrook Station: depart Roberts Road near Hamilton Street Perth Station and Esplanade Busport: depart Coghlan Road
Train replacement buses will be operating for both games.
Mandurah football special trains will not be operating direct to West Leederville from 12 July until 5 August. Passengers will need to transfer to other services in Perth.

Perth Underground will be closed from Wednesday, 31 July to last service on Sunday, 4 August. This will impact the West Coast vs Gold Coast game on Saturday, 3 August at 2.40pm.
