The plan has been designed to connect event-goers with the CBD and wider metropolitan area. Please note that the services outlined in this brochure will vary depending on the event, and we ask that all passengers use the Transperth JourneyPlanner to accurately plan their trip prior to an event. You can find the JourneyPlanner at transperth.wa.gov.au or call Tickets to Optus include the fare to use all Transperth services. Visit the website for more details.

3 Windan Bridge to East Station Precinct Map The precinct includes a purpose built train and bus station to accommodate large crowds attending events at Optus and the surrounding area. Station Western Concourse Taxi Rank Station Station Eastern Concourse With six dedicated platforms, Station is designed to move over 28, passengers after an event. There are two station concourses, with the Western concourse serving passengers for the Joondalup and Fremantle Lines, and the Eastern concourse serving the Armadale Line and shuttles into Station. The bus station has 22 bus stands, serving passengers from across the metropolitan area, as well as CBD shuttles to Elizabeth Quay. All stands have dedicated accessible access and will move over 8, passengers after an event. Victoria Drive East Station Passengers for the Midland Line can choose to walk over the Windan Bridge to East Station, which has had a major upgrade to accommodate the increased level of patronage for events at the. 4 Transperth Train System Map Travel By Train The information below provides an overview of travel to Optus by train for full-capacity events. Train services will be adjusted to fit the specific event profile. Please visit transperth.wa.gov.au to plan your journey. Armadale Line Thornlie Line Fremantle Line Public transport options To: Take an Armadale Line train straight to Station. From: Take an Armadale Line train from Platform 5/6 via the Eastern Concourse at Station. To: Take a Thornlie Line train to Station. From: Take an Armadale Line train from Platform 5/6 at Station to Cannington Station and then a train replacement bus service (Route 98) to Thornlie Station. To: Take a special event train on the Fremantle Line directly to Station. Alternatively, catch a timetabled Fremantle Line service to Station then catch a shuttle service. Or you can continue on to East Station and walk over the Windan Bridge to Optus. From: Take a Fremantle Line service from Platform 3/4 via the Western Concourse at Station. Services operate express to City West then all stops to Fremantle. Joondalup Line To: Take a special event train on the Joondalup Line directly to Station. Alternatively, catch a timetabled Joondalup Line service to Underground, then catch a shuttle service from Station to Station. From: Take a Joondalup Line service from Platform 3/4 via the Western Concourse at Station. Services operate express to Leederville then all stops to Butler. Mandurah Line Midland Line To: Catch a train to Underground, then catch a shuttle service from Station to the Station. From: Take a shuttle service from Platform 1/2 via the Eastern Concourse at Station, then change in to a Mandurah Line service from Platform 2 at Underground. To: Catch a train to East Station and walk over the Windan Bridge. Alternatively, catch the train to Station and change to a shuttle service. From: Walk over the Windan Bridge to East Station, or alternatively catch a shuttle from Platform 1/2 at Station and change in to a Midland Line service. 7

Suburban bus services will operate limited stops and start running two hours prior to the start of the event every 5-1 minutes. Bus services will be adjusted to fit the specific event profile. Matagarup Bridge is a pedestrian bridge over the Swan River, designed to connect East and the Burswood Peninsula, including Optus. Once complete, it will include bus stands for two CBD shuttles, one to Busport via Wellington Street and one to Elizabeth Quay via St Georges Terrace. Until Matagarup Bridge is complete a CBD bus shuttle will operate from the to Elizabeth Quay via Adelaide Tce/St Georges Tce. Alternatively, patrons can catch a train from Station. 9
