IV-A - 1 st Battalion, PA, PNP, 202 nd Brigade and BFP IV-A assets were on massive rescue operations in Laguna c. IV-B - On 24/7 alert: PDCC PDRT Oriental Mindoro; PDCC PSD Calapan City - MDCC Lubang readied 13 elementary and 3 high schools which can accommodate around 5,000 evacuees - RDCC IV-B set up command post at OCD RC IV-B 5
