Region V - Province-wide power interruption: Camarines Norte - Cell site outage: Jose Panganiban & Sta. Elena, Camarines Norte c. NCR - Power outage at Brgys Urdaneta & Olympia, Makati City; Brgy Milagrosa, Quezon City; and, Brgy Rincon, Valenzuela City due to damage to power lines and transformers H. Cost of Assistance DSWD prepositioned P 199,902,413 in assistance in all concerned DSWD Field Offices consisting of P 82.15 million in stand-by funds and P 117.75 million worth of relief supplies IV. ACTIONS TAKEN A. NATIONAL National Defense Secretary and Chairman, NDCC Gilbert C. Teodoro, Jr., along with NDCC officials, visited the municipalities of Victoria and Sta. Cruz, Laguna; consulted with local officials thereat and conducted an ocular survey of a damaged bridge and flooded residences National, Regional and local DCCs continue to monitor developments and disseminate advisories and bulletins B. REGIONAL a. NCR - NCRCOM conducted Libreng Sakay, evacuation and water level monitoring in the area of Pasig City - Elements of BFP facilitated the evacuation of a total of 646 families in Tondo, Manila; Pateros and Taguig b. IV-A - 1 st Battalion, PA, PNP, 202 nd Brigade and BFP IV-A assets were on massive rescue operations in Laguna c. IV-B - On 24/7 alert: PDCC PDRT Oriental Mindoro; PDCC PSD Calapan City - MDCC Lubang readied 13 elementary and 3 high schools which can accommodate around 5,000 evacuees - RDCC IV-B set up command post at OCD RC IV-B 5

d. V - PDCC Camarines Sur distributed family packs in the coastal barangays of Cabusao, Siruma, Tinambac, Sangay, Garchitorena, Caramoan and Presentacion - OCD V coordinated with PDCC Catanduanes re passenger bus stranded at Kanlanka Spillway due to strong current of floodwater; no reported casualty; rescue operations will be done utilizing equipment from FICELCO - OCD V coordinated with PNP Libmanan, 902 nd IBde PA, DPWH re trees that fell along Maharlika Highway that resulted to heavy traffic between Labo and Daet, Camarines Norte and Brgy Busac, Libmanan, Camarines Sur; DPWH clearing operations on-going 6
