Created around the paddock to plate philosophy, the menu is inspired by the abundant local produce. From fresh seasonal vegetables picked from our market garden to local freshwater cray and beef from our own property, this is dining in its purest form. Century-old Scottish bluestone and wide recycled timber floorboards add a touch of style and sophistication to the uniquely relaxing ambiance.
