Before, in search of clean sea, guests came to Istria and Novigrad mostly during the summer season, but those habits have changed as numerous sports, gourmet and cultural contents of Novigrad and its surrounding areas offer a sufficient number of arguments for paying a visit throughout the whole year. Since last year, Hotel Feral**** on the island of Korčula is a new member of Laguna Novigrad. We have enriched our vision of holidays for families and sports-minded recreationalists who prefer smaller areas such as Novigrad, with the experience of the settlement of Brna, a small island area, which, with omnipresent tourism, still nurtures traditional values.

Najveća kongresna dvorana u Maestralu može primiti do 180 ljudi, a mogućnost razmještanja stolica dopušta prilagođavanje prostora različitim potrebama i prigodama. Congress offer Hotel Maestral, with two large halls and four smaller meeting rooms, is excellently equipped for holding of congresses and meetings. They are air conditioned, with provided OHPs, screens, internet connection and everything that is needed for quality organisation of smaller or larger gatherings. The largest congress hall in Maestral can accommodate up to 180 persons and the possibility of arrangement of chairs facilitates adjustment of the space to suit different needs and occasions. The attractive amphiteatre with 80 seats makes an excellent choice for various lectures, congresses and annual general meetings. Glass-fronted meeting rooms, each seating 14, are excellent for smaller business meetings, workshops, wine tasting sessions, press conferences and presentations. All congress halls and rooms are air conditioned and superbly equipped in order to meet the different needs of a modern businessman in the best possible way and make his stay in them comfortable and interesting. All the halls have guaranteed free internet access (wired and wireless). Weekend seminars and several days long congresses and conferences are held in combination with accommodation and other Laguna Novigrad hotel facilities, especially their excellent cuisine and a rich choice of wines and cocktails. The hotel facilitates, as an additional activity to the gatherings, the organisation of quieter or livelier parties. Novigrad - Cittanova Novigrad, grad ribara, vinara i proizvođača maslinovog ulja, danas je razvijeno turističko središte okrenuto obiteljima, sportski nastrojenim rekreativcima, kampistima i nautičarima. Gourmet Prisutnost romanskih, germanskih i slavenskih kultura i običaja možda je najbolje vidjliva u gourmet ponudi. Istarski pršut, tartuf, sir i med, kobasice i ombolo, puževi, sardele, ribe i školjke, šparuge, maneštre, domaća tijesta, maruni, maslinovo ulje i vina dijelom su vrhunske gourmet ponude koja se njeguje u hotelskim restoranima, konobama i agroturizmima širom Istre. Područje Novigrada i sjeverozapadne Istre posebno je poznato po vinima. Desetak najpoznatijih hrvatskih vinara smješteno je u blizini Novigrada, a Laguna Novigrad, poznata je i po vlastitom maslinovom ulju. Gourmet The presence of the Roman, German and Slavic cultures and customs is perhaps most visible in the gourmet offer. Istrian prosciutto, truffles, cheese and honey, sausage and ombolo, snails, sardines, fish and shellfish, wild asparagus, manestra, homemade pasta, chestnuts, olive oil and wines form a part of the supreme gourmet offer which has been nurtured in hotel restaurants, taverns and farm tourism facilities throughout Istria. The area of Novigrad and north-west Istria are particularly wellknown for their wines. Ten or so most famous Croatian wine producers are located in the vicinity of Novigrad and Laguna Novigrad is also well known for its own olive oil. Extra-virgin olive oil Vergal is made of olives from olive groves situated next to our hotels and campsites and is produced using a traditional method, providing guests with one of the healthiest ingredients of the Mediterranean cuisine.
