Key dates Award period 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2018 Data submission deadline 5pm on 7th January 2019 Award Events Edinburgh - 26th February Birmingham - 28th February London - 7th March Bristol- TBC Leeds - 5th March Full results published February/March 2019 How to submit data amendments Data can be submitted now through your normal research contact or to the Market Manager who will be collating data in your market. We will also send reminder emails in the run up to the data submission deadline so that you don t miss the opportunity to be recognised. Please note that the Investment rankings reflect investment deals received and previously reported on CoStar Suite and does not necessarily represent the total annual transactional activity of the featured agents. CoStar has made every effort where possible to report all transactional data received. These will improve further the quality of our results and celebrate success with more agents in the market. T&C s amendments 1. Only data added by CoStar Research to our database can be used in the agency awards. 2. All deals submitted must have been signed between the 1st January 2018 and 31st December 2018. 3. Pre-let deals will be included within the disposals by sq ft, disposals by volume and acquisitions by sq. ft. tables. 4. Any deals entered by the user via the new Create a Lease Comp module of CoStar Suite will not be included in the agency awards. 5. All data fitting the above date criteria must be submitted to CoStar by 5pm on Monday 7th January 2018. Any data submitted after this date may not be included. 6. Data received during the award period is received in good faith and we expect all participants to supply accurate data. 7. CoStar will audit a sample data received for the agency awards to ensure accuracy of results. 8. CoStar reserves the right to omit any inaccurate or ineligible data from the agency awards. Should this situation arise, we will communicate our decision to the relevant parties prior to the release of our results.
