THE PARK Extending to circa 21.3 acres (8.6 ha) Cayton Village Caravan Park has been developed with a total of 319 touring / tent pitches and capacity for 140 storage units. The park includes an area named The Laurels which was developed from green field in 2010/11 and consists of 110 generously spaced pitches. The pitches can be summarised as follows:- 110 Laurels pitches super sized pitches (suitable for static caravans subject to planning), pitch connection to water and sewerage, WIFI and TV hook up. 89 Super pitches all hard standing pitches, pitch connection to water and sewerage 40 hard standing pitches - all hard standing pitches. 28 grass pitches - all grass laid pitches. 52 tent pitches all grass laid pitches. 140 storage bays all hardstanding and providing two security fenced areas. At present, approximately 200 of the touring pitches are occupied by seasonal tourers. All 319 pitches have electric hook up points. STAFF The park is operated by a full time management couple and a full time senior park warden, supported by four seasonal wardens (usually couples) during the season. The vendors live off site providing input on one day a week. The senior warden will transfer to the purchaser under TUPE regulations. Main Park Pitches

SERVICES The park is served by mains electricity, mains water (2 mains supplies with separate meters), mains sewerage (the Laurels is pumped to mains, remainder of the park gravity fed to mains) and mains gas.
