Narratives Subject: Subjects On Roof Type Date Time Author Approving Officer Initial Report 05/06/2015 2254 KUSSER, MARK A Dispatch advised of a report white male juvenile on the roof of Furry School. Upon arrival this officer checked the roof area of the school starting at Didion Dr and Douglas Dr west to the western entrance to the rear play ground / parking lot. The roof line was then checked to the parking lot and the southern part of the school. As this officer was checking the roof line of the south side of the building I could hear voices in the area. As I was checking the east side of the roof line I could hear the voices getting louder. I then pulled into the driveway access to the kitchen / freezer area. As I pulled in I observed three juveniles standing on the driveway and a fourth juvenile jump down from on top of the freezer to the ground. The males were identified as Connor Canino, Ian Scherer, Joe Spadaro, and Christian Layhue. The male that was observed to jump off the freezer was Connor Canino with Scherer, Spadaro, and Layhue being the subjects standing on the driveway by the freezer. When asked who all was on the roof Canino advised he was the only one but he was only on the freezer and not the roof itself. Scherer, Spadaro, and Layhue all denied being on the roof when asked and Canino again stated he was the one on the freezer. After gathering the necessary information for the report all four juveniles were advised they needed to leave the property for the night. They were also advised there could be consequences levied by the school for being on the roof and in the area All the juveniles then released. Page: 5 of 5
