NEW WORK PROJECT/WORK: Highway 1 near Belle Plaine ESTIMATED COST: $5.1 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: August 20, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Paving of the westbound lanes of Highway 1 from 2.6 km east the Belle Plain access to Highway 39, along with various auxiliary lanes for a total of about 21 km. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Expect minor delays and disruptions to normal travel schedules as traffic will be restricted to one lane. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Mid to late September 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 3 west of Shellbrook ESTIMATED COST: $3 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Road construction targeted to begin the week of August 29, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Highway 3, about 7 km west of Shellbrook, will have a 1.2-km-long segment of its driving surface raised by nearly one metre. The work includes applying sand and gravel to the existing highway; installation of three culverts (one for Highway 3 and two for a pair of connecting gravel roads); and paving the segment of raised highway. Additional paving will also occur on three other segments of Highway 3 between 16 km and 20 km west of its junction with Highway 40 related to previous culvert installations. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Traffic may be reduced to one lane during portions of construction. Motorists are reminded to obey all construction signs. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Early summer 2017 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 3 west of Melfort and Highway 35 north of Tisdale ESTIMATED COST: $500,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Week of August 22, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Installation of three culverts: two under Highway 35, which are 4.74 and 16.3 km north of its junction with Highway 3 at Tisdale, along with one under Highway 3, which is 24.75 km west of Melfort. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Expect minor delays and disruptions, obey all constructions signs. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Late September 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 5 west of Watson ESTIMATED COST: $655,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: August, 22, 2016 DESCRIPTION: About 14 km of seal coating on Highway 5 from Watson to west of Englefeld. 1

IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Flagpersons and multiple crew members on site. Expect minor delays. Motorists need to be prepared to stop. One lane traffic and speeds reduced to 60km/hr. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Late the week of August 22, 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 9 near Whitewood ESTIMATED COST: $916,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Week of August 22, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Seal coating on Highway 9 at Whitewood from its junction with Highway 1 to 3.45 km north of its junction with Highway 48 for a total of 33.58 km IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Flagpersons and pilot vehicles will be on site. Expect minor delays and disruptions to normal travel. Expect 60 km/hr while seal is curing and workers are not present. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Early September 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 9 between Carlyle and Alameda ESTIMATED COST: $1.6 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: August 15, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Seal coating and sweeping for 45 km. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Loose stones, reduced visibility from dust, one-lane traffic with pilot vehicles, minor delays. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Early September 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 20 north of Humboldt ESTIMATED COST: $3.6 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Targeted to begin in late August 2016 DESCRIPTION: A 2.8-km-long segment will be raised at least 1.5-metre. The work includes applying earth material to the existing highway. This work was due to water this spring encroaching on the driving surface. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Watch for dust, rough surface, reduce speed, obey all signage. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Summer 2017 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 35 between Lipton and Elfros ESTIMATED COST: $772,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Week of August 29, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Three segments of seal coating totaling 41.93 kms. Highway 35 from Lipton to 16.25 km north. Highway 35 from its junction with Highway 15 to 12.3 kms north. Highway 35 from its junction with Highway 16 to 13.38 km south. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Flagpersons and multiple crew members on site. Expect minor delays and motorists need to be prepared to stop. One lane traffic and speeds reduced to 60km/hr. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Early September 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 36 near Willow Bunch ESTIMATED COST: $3.4 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: August 22, 2016 2

ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Late September 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 155 north of Green Lake ESTIMATED COST: $380,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Week of August 29, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Installation of one culvert through Highway 155, about 52 km north of its junction with Highway 55. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Expect minor delays, temporary traffic signals may be used. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Mid-September 2016 ONGOING WORK PROJECT/WORK: Highway 1 near Belle Plaine ESTIMATED COST: $600,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: July 18, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Bridge repairs on the eastbound lane of Highway 1 over the Canadian Pacific Railway near Belle Plaine. the eastbound lanes of Highway 1 will be restricted to a single lane with a width restriction of 4.3 metres. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Mid-October 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 2 near Diefenbaker Bridge ESTIMATED COST: $6.8 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: July 5, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Paving northbound and southbound lanes on Highway 2 from the north abutment of Diefenbaker Bridge to 6.5 km north and on the undivided section from 6.54 km north of Diefenbaker Bridge to 7.9 km north. Also, paving Red Wing Service Road from Red Wing to Township Road and fully constructing (grading and paving) turning lanes on Highways 2 and 3 for a total distance of 17.8 km. Work will also include the installation of three culverts on Highway 2 north of the Diefenbaker Bridge. traffic will be accommodated through construction zones on existing lanes for continuous traffic flow. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: August 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 2 ESTIMATED COST: $6.3 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Expected to begin in early September 2016 DESCRIPTION: Paving on Highway 2 from 1.4 km north of the intersection of Highway 355 to 700 metres south of the intersection with Highway 263 for a total distance of 14.05 km. 3

IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Traffic will be restricted to one lane. Expect minor delays and disruptions to normal travel. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: August 31, 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 3 near Shellbrook ESTIMATED COST: $9.2 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: June 6, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Paving Highway 3 from 16 km east of its junction with Highway 55 to 2 km west of its west junction with Highway 55, work will include the installation of 15 culverts. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Fall 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 4 south of Meadow Lake ESTIMATED COST: $865,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Week of August 22, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Construction of a new bridge on Highway 4 over Riablo Creek approximately 4 km south of Meadow Lake. a temporary bridge will be in place as a single lane local detour. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: November 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 5 near Carmel Access Road west of Humboldt ESTIMATED COST: $1.6 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: June 11, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Nearly a 1-km long segment of Highway 5 will be raised by more than 1.2 metres and widened using earth material and then paved. This work was due to water in April encroaching on the shoulder of the road. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Watch for dust, reduce speed, obey all signage. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Early Fall 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 6 near Gronlid ESTIMATED COST: $261,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: July 25, 2016 4

DESCRIPTION: Two culverts about 25 km north of Gronlid will be repaired. Another culvert will be replaced about 7 km southeast of Gronlid. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Traffic can expect minor delays and disruptions to normal travel as construction zone speed limits will be in effect. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: August 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 7 southwest of Saskatoon ESTIMATED COST: $8 million START OF THIS YEAR S CONSTRUCTION: August 6, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Paving the newly twinned portion of Highway 7 from 4 km west of its junction with Highway 60 to 13 km west. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Watch for blowing dust as work is occurring adjacent to the existing road. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Late October 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 7 at Zealandia ESTIMATED COST: $158,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Expected to start in late August 2016 DESCRIPTION: Seal coating at Zealandia from 20.9 km east of its junction with Highway 4 to 15.7 km east of its junction with Highway 4 for a total distance of 5.3 km. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Flagpersons and pilot vehicles will be on site. Expect minor delays and disruptions to normal travel. Expect 60 km/hr while seal is curing and workers are not present. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Fall 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 7 near Tessier ESTIMATED COST: $202,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Expected to start in late August 2016 DESCRIPTION: Seal coating near Tessier from 11.5 km west of the junction of Highway 45 to 18.5 km west for a total distance of 7 km. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Flagpersons and pilot vehicles will be on site. Expect minor delays and disruptions to normal travel. Expect 60 km/hr while seal is curing and workers are not present. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Fall 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 11 northbound lanes north of Davidson ESTIMATED COST: $5.5 million START OF THIS YEAR S CONSTRUCTION: Week of August 8, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Paving on Highway 11 from 400 metres north of Davidson to its junction with Highway 15. PROJECT/WORK: Highway 12 near Martensville ESTIMATED COST: $5.6 million 5

PROJECT/WORK: Highway 16 near Clavet ESTIMATED COST: $25 million START OF THIS YEARS S CONSTRUCTION: May 2, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Paving of newly-built twinned section of Highway 16 from 1 km west of Bradwell access to 1.7 km west of junction with Floral Road, as well as various auxiliary roads, for a total distance of 30.9 km. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Traffic will be diverted to the newly completed westbound lanes from approximately four km east of Clavet to six km northwest, for a total distance of about 10 km. Diverting traffic will allow crews to safely complete tie-ins for the eastbound lanes. Access to Clavet will be maintained via Highway 316 and the current Highway 16. Expect minor delays and reduced speeds. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: 2017 PROJECT/WORK: Lone Rock Access near Highway 17 and Vawn Access near Highway 26 ESTIMATED COST: $260,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Early August 2016 DESCRIPTION: Surface mixing and compaction on the Lone Rock access from 300 metres east of its junction with Highway 17 east and on the Vawn access from its junction with Highway 26 to 380 metres west; for a total distance of 8 km. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Late August 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 17 near Lloydminster ESTIMATED COST: In partnership with Alberta - $3 million total (Split 50/50 = $1.5 million each) START OF THIS YEAR S CONSTRUCTION: June 14, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Rehabilitation of a bridge on Highway 17 over Battle River approximately 45 km south of Lloydminster. There is a width restriction in place and a temporary detour has been set up for oversized vehicles. PROJECT/WORK: Highway 20 near Craven ESTIMATED COST: $625,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: Week of August 8, 2016 6

DESCRIPTION: Construction of a remedial toe berm and subsurface drainage system along the west embankment of Highway 20, approximately 6 km northwest of Craven. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Reduced speeds and minor delays/stops will be experienced during active hauling, which will be periodic over the duration of the project. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: September 2016 PROJECT/WORK: 21 near Maple Creek ESTIMATED COST: $1.15 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: June 1, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Construction of a new bridge over Maple Creek, near the town of Maple Creek. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: A detour will be in place during construction. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: August 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highways 22 and 80 near Yarbo ESTIMATED COST: $404,000 START OF THIS YEAR S CONSTRUCTION: Week of August 1, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Surface mixing on Highway 22 from its junction with Highway 8 to 13 km east and on the Yarbo access from 100 metres east of its junction with Highway 80 to 2 km east. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: September 2016 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 26 near Loon Lake ESTIMATED COST: $9.5 million START OF THIS YEAR S CONSTRUCTION: May 2, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Notching and widening followed by structural upgrades and paving of Highway 26 from 33 km north of its junction with Highway 3 to 200 metres north of its junction with Highway 304 and on Highway 304 from its junction with Highway 26 to 480 metres east for a total distance of 15.7 km. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Traffic can expect minor delays and disruptions to their normal travel schedules, one lane will be open most of the time for continuous flowing traffic. PROJECT/WORK: Highway 27 near junction with Highway 41 near Aberdeen ESTIMATED COST: $7 million START OF THIS YEAR S CONSTRUCTION: April 18, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Grading Highway 27 from junction with Highway 41 to 11.2 km east of the junction, construction and paving of intersection treatments at the junction of Highway 27 and Highway 41. traffic may be restricted to one lane, motorist should also be aware of dust, reduced speeds, and workers on the road. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: Late October 2016 7

PROJECT/WORK: Highways 39 and 18 from Estevan to Bienfait ESTIMATED COST: $27.9 million START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: May 26, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Twinning Highway 39 from 3.2 km southeast of the junction of Highway 18 to 7.9 km west of the junction of Highway 18 including a new coal overpass on Highway 39 and the realignment of Highway 18 intersection for a total distance of 12.9 km. IMPACT ON MOTORISTS: Construction is occurring next to the existing roadway. Drivers should be aware of dust and machinery. ESTIMATED COMPLETION: November 2017 PROJECT/WORK: Highway 40 south of its junction with Highway 3 near Shellbrook ESTIMATED COST: $850,000 START OF THIS YEAR'S CONSTRUCTION: August 3, 2016 DESCRIPTION: Installation of seven culverts through Highway 40, approximately 23 km southwest from its junction with Highway 3 to 42.9 km southwest.
