Routes CR 620,631 Mileposts: 0-0.85 Name: Clove Road/Long Hill Road Improvements, CR 620/631 DBNUM: NS0412 Clove Road/Long Hill Road connects Rt. 46 to Upper Mountain Avenue, which is a main access route to downtown Montclair. Despite the presence of several high volume driveways serving Montclair State University dorms, parking lots, and access routes, no dedicated turning lanes exist along this route. This lack of turning lanes has caused a large percentage of recorded accidents to be related to turning movements. Additionally, the lack of sidewalks has created safety issues for pedestrians accessing both the dorms and parking areas. The County will investigate alternatives for the improvement of this roadway. 27 Boonton Boonton Boonton Boonton Boonton Boonton Boonton Boonton Boonton Line Line Line Line Line Line Line Line Line NJ23 RONA TOTOWA LITTLE FALLS NS0412 BLOOMFIELD Main Line Little Falls Twp Local System Support Road Enhancement County S4 (Exempt) Not Available $6.900 CON * TBD $6.900 $6.900 * Note: Funding is programmed in DB# N063 (, Future Projects) for the Local Lead TTF program.
