The Croft barn being used for wedding venue with advertisements, and tree taken down. Cllr. Neil Compson has reported to the Clerk he received an abusive voicemail from Mr. Sanders regarding noise in the vicinity of the Croft. ACCOUNTS It was agreed the following accounts be paid : Mrs. N. CORRESPONDENCE E-mail received from a resident regarding the bad state of the footpath in Oak Drive. Clerk to find out result of Pavement Inspector's assessment and when work is to be carried out. Invitation to Councillors to attend a special service at All Saints Church on Sunday 12th June at 6.30 p.m. to commemorate the Queen's 90th birthday. NEW HIGHWAY MATTERS Cllr. Tonkinson asked the Council to consider having the grass on the left of Seisdon Road at the junction with Ebstree Road, cut more regularly and figures received are 5.00 a cut amounting to approx. 50.00 per annum. It was agreed this quotation is accepted and Clerk to inform Andy Cousins. It was also agreed the Clerk request wooden bollards around the grass from Mark Keeling. ANY OTHER BUSINESS Noise nuisance from Lanes Farm, Seisdon was reported and Cllr. McCardle stated he would get in touch with Environmental Health MATTERS ARISING Play Area Fete to be held on Sunday 12th June. Auction held at the Plough by the Fund Raising Committee which was very successful. Clerk to thank Licensee for their assistance. Stage 1 of grant funding has been accepted and stage 2 form has been forwarded. E-mail received expressing interest in removing all redundant equipment from the site leaving it clean and tidy. It was agreed that the equipment will remain on site until September when a decision on grant funding has been received and interest in the equipment will then be assessed. Playing Fields District Councillor McCardle re-appointed to serve as the representative on the PFA from October 2016 to October 2017. 1350 Footpaths Rights of Way Guide forwarded to Councillors. Footpadders Nothing to report. 1477 Village Hall Nothing to report. 1795 Neighbourhood Watch Crime statistics received from PCSO Lee Irving. 1796 Trysull School 20 mph zone Awaiting Invoice from Mark Keeling. 2205 Seisdon quarry Liaison meeting held on 6th June and Cllr. Merrick gave his report and stated the Clerk will receive the Minutes of the meeting. There will be two meetings each year. Cllr. Merrick stated he would meet Enforcement Officers on site when inspections take place. The Clerk was asked to write to Mr. Collinge asking for guarantees that JPE lorries will not travel through Seisdon if JPE gain planning permission to operate the Cannebuff site at Shipley. 2242 Wolverhampton Business Airport Cllr. Harrison reported the next meeting is to be held on 14th June.
2634 Landfill Site No reply received from Aston Transport. Weight restriction on Ebstree Road and Fox Road to be requested for January 2019 when the landfill and quarry will be closed. Clerk to write to Mark Keeling and ask Cllr. Brian Edwards for his support. Chairman offered to speak to Cllr. Edwards and asked the Clerk to forward his telephone number. 2642 Fly tipping Please ring 01902 696200 to report incidents of fly tipping. Fly tipping on Footpath 25, Post Office Road, Seisdon, reported to the Environmental Health Team. Cllr. McCardle forwarded monthly figures to the Clerk. 2650 Lorry sign at Post Office Road Cllr. Edwards has been asked to consider providing this sign from his DPP allocation. 2652 Extend footpath, The Smithy This request can be listed for consideration under the local members divisional highway programme. Clerk to ask outcome of Mr. Keeling's discussions with Cllr. Edwards. 2654 Stencilling dog signs Will await Cllr. Neil Compson's report. 2658 Drains, Ebstree Road Drain gullies are full of silt and debris is covering drain covers. Road sweeper unable to reach drains to clean them. Clerk to write again. 2660 SID sign on Ebstree Road Reply received from Mr. Keeling stating it may be feasible to look at installing SID units in the grass verge areas on the junctions or opposite at each end. This will require further approval from Cllr. Edwards. Clerk to ask for further information. 2661 Community Car Park Clerk to request a new grit bin later in the year. Letter forwarded to the Charity requesting consideration to a further 10 years lease. Cllr. Tonkinson stressed that this car park is used by all the organisations in the village and it is not a School car park. 2665 Weight Restriction warning signs Reply received from Simon Griffiths, Highways, stating this will need to be funded and considered via the Local Members Divisional Highway Programme and suggests the Council speaks with Cllr. Edwards and ask him to consider this. 2666 Queen's Birthday Chairman and Cllr. Tonkinson to visit the School and distribute the Commemorative medals on 24th June. A list is being made of children who live in the Parish under the age of 16. 2667 Rural Crime Initiative E-mail from Cllr. Neil Compson stating that Trysull & Seisdon have been selected for a pilot scheme to use DNA marking on personal items. 2669 Neighbourhood Highway Team It was reported that the iron railings were not painted and the hedge on Fox Road was not cut back. Clerk to e-mail Simon Griffiths. 2670 Speeding, Ebstree Road, Seisdon Cllr. Merrick stated he has arranged to meet PCSO's and camera van officers on site. Need to wait for a police report before we go further.

Compson dealing with the updating of the board. 2672 Seisdon Road nameplate To be replaced. 2673 Street lights, Ebstree Road Reported and target day for repair is 22nd June 2016. Highways Oak Drive payement Pavement Engineer to assess footway and put it forward to a Structural Maintenance programme. E-mail and photographs received regarding bad state of the footpath. Clerk to ask for an update. The Smithy, Seisdon - E-mail received from Diane Gear outlining concerns about resurfacing. Clerk to inform Cllr. Edwards the Parish Council wish to pursue with resurfacing and would be prepared to wait for discussions with new owners. Wombourne Road (4014672) Bollards broken on bend between Union Lane and Ovens End. Bridgnorth Road(4004384) Signs on the highway verge outside Gardenland Wyevale distracting and impeding visibility. Wombourne Road - Village entrance sign has been added to Cllr. Edwards' DHP for future consideration. Fox Road - hedge on right hand side by traffic calming when approaching from Bridgnorth Road still needs to be cut back more severely in order to see oncoming traffic. Post Office Road, manhole cover outside Lilac Cottage, Post Office Road where the tarmac is crumbling and coming away making the manhole cover unstable. Clerk has informed Highways. Woodford Road, Trysull (Enquiry 40446 25) Pot holes reported. Site has been assessed. Union Lane, Trysull (Enquiry 4044624) Pot holes outside Awbridge Farm, Flash Lane and Blackpit Lane.
