Suncor Rocky Mountain Pipeline 102 miles of 16 inch crude oil pipeline 9.5 miles in RTD right-of-way Travels from Cheyenne, Wyoming to the Suncor Refinery in Commerce City, Colorado Phase 1 Suncor Refinery to 128 th Avenue is substantially complete Phase 2 128 th Avenue to Fort Lupton is out for bid. Work is scheduled to begin June 10
