General Terms & Conditions Application and Reservations A *non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per person is required when your application is submitted and full payment is due 90 days prior to the Trip departure date. If a reservation is made for a trip within 90 days of the scheduled departure date, the entire amount is due at the time of confirmation. All Cousin Trips travelers must complete a Cousin Trips Application and sign the General Terms & Conditions to confirm travel plans. International & Domestic Airline Ticket The sole and exclusive responsibility and liability of any carrier used in conjunction with Cousin Trips shall be in accordance with and is limited by the contract of carriage in the passenger s ticket. Any inconvenience caused by that carrier is not the responsibility of Cousin Trips. Travelers insurance is recommended for international travel. Domestic airfare from your home city to the trip departure city is not included in the trip price. Ground Transportation and Accommodations The trip price includes transportation from New York - JFK International Airport. Hotel accommodations are 4 star properties and priced for double occupancy. Single supplements are available for an additional fee. Meals Breakfast is included daily. Additional meals are included according to the itinerary. Transfers All airport / hotel transfers are included as scheduled on your itinerary, when arriving and departing all destinations on the Trip scheduled dates. Tours / Entrance Fees / Gratuities Entrance fees to museums, monuments, parks, and tours outlined on the itinerary are included in the package price. Airport departure taxes (if applicable) are included. Gratuities for tour leaders, drivers, and escorts are not included in the package price. Travelers may elect to give group or personal tips at their discretion at the end of the tour. Baggage Travelers are allowed one suitcase (50 pounds) and one carry-on bag and a personal bag. Travel Documents and Insurance A valid U.S. Passport is required for international travel. Additionally, some countries require a visa for entry. Trip package price does not include passport or visa fees. It is recommended that each traveler purchase traveler s insurance when traveling to international destinations. Trip Operator Responsibility and Liability Cousin Trips act as agents in making arrangements for: airline flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and tours. As agents we are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or nature. We accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in any types of transportation that we contract for tours: airline, train, and motor vehicle; health problems or wars, such as sickness, weather, strikes, civil disturbances, quarantine, or any other causes. All such losses or expenses will be that of the passenger. Cousin Trips reserves the right to change any route or other arrangements, offer substitute, or completely cancel the whole or any portion of a tour should conditions necessitate such. Cousin Trips has the right to decline the acceptance of any person as a member of the tour if the presence of that person will be a disturbance to the group or violate the laws of the host country. *The non-refundable deposit is used for schedule planning, travel arrangements and operational expenses. NBCC in Italy 2015 - Itinerary Day 1 Overnight flight to Venice from New York Day 2 - Venice Morning arrival in Venice A guide greets you at the airport and welcomes you to beautiful Venice. From there, you will get settled in at your hotel and then you may spend some free time exploring on your own. Day 3 - Venice Panoramic guided tour of Venice with stops at the Bridge of Sighs and legendary St. Mark s Square. Optional Gondola rides will be available. Day 4 - Florence Travel to Florence in the morning Guided sightseeing tour of Florence with stops at Brunelleschi s masterpiece, the church of Santa Croce, where the tombs of Galileo and Michelangelo are displayed as well as the Dante Memorial. Day 5 - Florence Free day in Florence You may decide to visit the Uffizi Gallery, stroll along the romantic Arno River or visit the Accademia Galleria to view Michelangelo s David. There will be an optional excursion to San Gimignano, a medieval walled city famously depicted by artist M.C. Escher and used as the setting of a novel by John Grisham. Day 6 Rome Arrive in Rome Guided tour of the city that follows the footsteps of Caesar.
