MINUTES OF THE STRATEGY & REVIEW COMMITTEE held 8 th OCTOBER 2014 It was moved by Cllr Dixon Seconded by Cllr Bampton Smith and RESOLVED: to endorse recommendations and approve as a correct record.
RESOLVED: to establish a committee to investigate securing the building of the Calder Valley Club and consider developing the site into a multiuse community hub, producing a comprehensive business plan and an appropriate structure to manage the activities and the membership to be Cllrs Boggis, Dixon, Fearon, Hodgins, Press & Timbers with a meeting to be arranged as soon as possible. 304. MINUTES OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING COMMITTEE held 13 th OCTOBER 2014 The meeting was advised that the designation of the plan was to be considered by Calderdale MBC Cabinet in December 2014. RESOLVED: to endorse recommendations and approve as a correct record. 305. REPRESENTATIVES TO OUTSIDE BODIES The Clerk reported on the Annual Calderdale Town & Parish Councils Conference. Cllr Halewood reported on the developing plans of the Mytholmroyd Station Partnership. Cllr Dixon advised the council of exciting developments regarding the Swimming Pool and the likely approach to the Town Council to support the project. Cllr Davenport advised that she had been hosting a German Student for the previous two weeks and that he was appreciative of the welcome he had received in Hebden Royd. 306. HRTC ACCOUNTS TO BE PAID RESOLVED: to pay the account. 307. HRTC RECEIPTS RECEIVED RESOLVED: to note the receipts. 308. APPROVAL OF HBPH PAYMENTS ISSUED BY THE CLERK RESOLVED: to approve the payments. 309. HBPH ACCOUNTS TO BE PAID RESOLVED: to pay the accounts.
310. HRTC STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT RESOLVED: to accept the Statement of Account up to end of September 2014 for Hebden Royd Town Council. 311. HBPH STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT RESOLVED: to accept the Statement of Account up to end of September 2014 for the Hebden Bridge Picture House. Note: Cllr Boggis declared an interest in the next item. 312. Seconded by Cllr Young and RESOLVED: Recommend Approval. Note: Cllr Press returned to the room. It was moved by Cllr Boggis Seconded by Cllr Davenport and RESOLVED: Recommend Approval. c) Application 14/20143/TPO at 12 Eskdale Mount, Hebden Bridge, HX7 7EB for Fell two trees (Tree Preservation Order). It was moved by Cllr Boggis RESOLVED: Recommend Approval.
Seconded by Cllr Young and RESOLVED: that the recommendations on the above planning applications are sent to the Environmental Services Department, CMBC. When the Chair or Deputy cannot attend, ward members be authorised to represent the view of Hebden Royd Town Council at meetings of the Planning Committee at CMBC. 314.
