T-SHIRT NIGHT MAY 16TH SUMMIT BANQUET ROOMS Pick Up Captain & Participant T-Shirts (for those who have raised their $100 or team average is at $100/person) Sign up for activities Turn in ACS CAN forms Pick up fundraising materials luminaria bags Turn in donations collected so far Donation envelopes should be completely filled out If donation are being credited to multiple people include breakdown Envelopes will be available Stations will be set up - you wont miss anything.

SITES WILL BE LABELED DAY-OF WITH YOUR TEAM NAME & SITE NUMBER ON THE FUNDRAISING SIGN YOU CAN DRIVE TO YOUR CAMPSITE One way traffic only so please pay attention Your car needs to be removed by 9:30 AM or it will not be moving ALL DAY Unload and go park time will fly just trust me.

TENTS & CAMPSITES Every site is approx. 20 ft wide some are deeper than others depending on location. White Markings will be on each end of your site Rentals are available through canton canopies not required they are 20x20 ELECTRICITY not at all sites please prepare with a generator All tents MUST be staked or weighted something to keep them down Sandbags & Large water Jugs if you are using your own

SILENT AUCTION 11:30-5:00 PM BIDDING WILL CLOSE AT 5:00 P.M. EACH ITEM NEEDS A BID SHEET ALL ITEMS NOT BID ON NEED TO BE PICKED UP BY 7:00 P.M. FROM THE AUCTION

Make sure your bid sheet includes your Team Name and a description of the item. Please set a buy it now amount and a minimum bid for your items. We will collect all funds and give you your team s total. We will give the same list at the bank drop so your team will be given credit for the funds raised. Please include the name and phone number of a team member who will be present at Relay during the silent auction in case we have questions. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Please do NOT include alcohol, tobacco, weapons or tanning packages in your auction items. Please limit Silent Auction submissions to no more than 10 per team. Janice Eaton 734-787-8933 (cell)

Pets of any kind (excluding leader dogs, etc.) Alcohol/Tobacco or E-Cigarettes Bikes, roller blades, skate boards, hover boards, or any powered device, except handicap devices. Camping Overnight in park All handicapped individuals will be accommodated. No Selling Live things of any kind Raffles are NOT allowed at Relay. This includes all games of chance

Emergency Plan IF A STORM IS APPROACHING: If severe weather is approaching, teams will be notified whether or not to take shelter in the summit (enter through the lobby doors), or leave the grounds. Will be considered by the committee and appropriate safety measures; including whether to evacuate will be an option. EVACUATION IS DONE BY ANNOUNCEMENT OVER THE PA AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS GOING FROM SITE TO SITE TO NOTIFY RELAYERS THAT AN EVACUATION IS NECESSARY WHEN AN EVACUATION IS CALLED; IF IT IS POSSIBLE RELAY CAN CONTINUE AFTER THE WEATHER PASSES THEN WE WILL ANNOUNCE WHEN THE GATES WILL BE OPEN AGAIN FOR CONTINUATION OR CLEAN UP MEGAN 989.414.0744

CLEAN UP Everything you see at your campsite or in the area needs to come down Anything you put out you pick up it is that simple If there is an event sign or banner please help us and collect them and bring them to the stage Help us keep the park nicer than we found it
