Mike Barr, Treasurer Cindy and I purchased at Cypress Cove in October 2008. We were part time until retirement in January 2012 when we moved here full time. In March of 2014 we purchased a home in Wildcat Cove. We do travel to New England in the summer where we rent near Cape Cod for a few months. I also serve on the Strategic Planning Committee.

Vincent Vicidomini 1st Vice President This will be the beginning of my third term on the board. I took over the duties of the chair of the Design Review Committee in my first term, taking over from Fred Wenell. I was appointed Vice President at the beginning of my second term and turned the DRC chair over to Jack Oliver. I am still on the DRC Committee and also work on special projects - currently the new mailboxes and the new rule book.

LakeMasters maintains all shorelines in Wildcat Run. Their crew members are in here weekly, usually on Wednesdays. They are limited by law to the chemicals they can use. Temperatures and lake levels determine how and when they can treat shorelines and lake waters.

Pole and In-Ground Lighting We have 125 street lights on poles and 56 in-ground uplights. They were new in 2008. Maintenance on the pole lights is limited to cleaning away bugs twice each year and an occasional bulb replacement. The underground lights leaked and had to be replaced often until we changed service contractors 2 years ago. A few seals still need to be updated.
