Swan Districts Football Club offers a function centre with a selection of five versatile function rooms suitable for business, entertainment and sport events and functions. All rooms can be transformed into venues for corporate conferences and functions through to intimate dining experiences and everything in between. Our functions centre is ideally suited to clubs and community groups, schools, businesses and government agencies looking for a convenient venue that has full amenities and is easy to access. We have a function room to suit your requirements. Whether it s a function for ten or a seated dinner for 300, we are looking forward to making your function memorable. Our venue is perfect for your function including: corporate events, award and presentation nights, conferences and meetings, school graduations and speech nights, seminars and training, school balls, exhibitions and trade shows, social celebrations, birthdays and engagements. We can assist with all of your catering, audio visual, theming and entertainment requirements.
CATERING You have the choice of using our catering service or bringing in your own. We offer seasonal and delicious menu options prepared fresh by our passionate catering team. You will receive a dedicated sales manager who will ensure all aspects of your function are executed flawlessly by our committed team. We look after everything, down to the minute details, while you get on with doing what you do best. A GREAT LOCATION WITH EASY ACCESS Steel Blue Oval is located 11km from the CBD and 6km to Midland. It has over 100 free on-site parking bays and is only 200m to the train station. All rooms are wheelchair accessible, air conditioned and have access to a fully equipped kitchen. THE MEMBERS BAR The Members Bar is a relaxed function area perfect for your small to mid-sized event. It s equipped with a large bar, spacious dance floor and a balcony overlooking Steel Blue Oval. IDEAL FOR: Christmas and work celebrations, birthdays, cocktail functions, meetings/seminars, presentations, workshops and breakout sessions. Outside reserved seating bar facilities offering bottled beverages and beers on tap carpeted flooring. THE PAST PLAYERS ROOM The Past Players Room is an intimate space immersed in the rich history of the Swan Districts Football Club, that is perfect for smaller sit-down dinners, seminars and meetings. IDEAL FOR: Christmas and work celebrations, training courses, birthdays, cocktail functions, meetings, presentations, workshops and breakout sessions. Inside reserved seating dedicated kitchen bar facilities sound system carpeted flooring. All rooms are wheelchair accessible and include air conditioning and access to a kitchen. THE PRESIDENT S BALLROOM The President s Ballroom features a large open space with a wrap around bar located in the middle of the room. It also has a private balcony with views over Steel Blue Oval. This function room is suitable for large events and features a stage and built-in dance floor. It also provides a bar service offering bottled beverages and beers on tap. IDEAL FOR: School balls, formal dinners, sports club functions, conferences, product launches, tradeshows, conventions, wedding receptions, quiz nights, cocktail functions and presentations. Stage plasma screen two giant screens with audio visual and access to Foxtel and SkyTV bar facilities offering bottled beverages and beers on tap sound system carpeted flooring and dance floor. THE SPONSORS LOUNGE The Sponsors Lounge is a private function room with theatre style seating overlooking Steel Blue Oval and is therefore ideal for events that interact with the playing surface (a corporate training session for example). The Sponsors Lounge boasts a private bar, kitchen and bathroom facilities and is ideal for meetings, conferences, small cocktail parties and other gatherings. THE BOARDROOM The Boardroom is a more intimate room for up to 10 people that overlooks Steel Blue Oval. The Boardroom includes two adjacent small breakout rooms and as such is suitable for corporate and club meetings and small seminar planning sessions. IDEAL FOR: Sporting club board meetings as well as local government and corporate planning sessions. Board table with seating for 10 sound system carpeted flooring two break out meeting rooms.
