Application referred to in paragraph 1(b) must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the provisions of sections 4 7 and 68 of the Minerals (Prospecting and Mining) Act, 1992 and be a accompanied by the prescribed annual licence fees, which fees shall be refunded in respect of any unsuccessful applications. 3. In addition to the application requirements referred to above, the attention of all applicants are invited to the provisions of section 50 of the Minerals (Prospecting and Mining) Act, 1992 "General terms and conditions of mineral licences". Due consideration of such provisions should be given in the compilation of applications and, in a related manner, applicants' intentions regarding the participation of Narnibians in proposed ventures which would be encouraged by the Ministry, should be indicated. 4. Applicants who visit Eros Aerodrome to complete or deliver examination application forms, must please note that payments cannot be received after 15:00 hours. 11. Regulation 1.16 of the Air Navigation Regulations, 1976 as amended stipulates that both the written application and payment for an examination entry must be received at the office of the Director: Civil Aviation on or before the relevant closing date. 12.
