We re spoilt for hoie when it omes to plaes to visit, things to do and stunning beahes. The best of Cornwall is right here in our heavenly path. First up is Mevagissey, our very own fishing village just a ouple of minutes down the road from us (buses depart just outside the ark). This plae seriously makes our heart sing. Bustling harbour, quirky and independent shops, pavement afes, the utest fisherman s ottages and the most deliious pasty shops. If you ould reate your dream fishing village, Mevagissey would be it! And if you like Mevagissey, you ll love Charlestown. Centred around a Grade II listed harbour, omplete with tall ships, this harming village is a star of Cornwall s hot list. To give you omplete ontrol of your holiday, our booking system allows you, at no extra harge, to hoose the holiday home or touring pith you prefer (subjet only to availability). LOCATION AND TYE The tariff tables on the following page, used in onjuntion with the site map on page, show the loation of the different types of holiday home on the park. Two bedroom holiday homes all have one double and one twin bedroom and a minimum of one w/shower room. Three bedroom homes all have one double and two twin rooms, plus w/shower room. Some models also have an additional WC. All homes also have a pull-out bed settee ating as a good-sized double bed in the living room, and digital TV and DVD layer as standard. LINEN illows, pillowases, duvets, duvet overs and one sheet per bed are inluded. Fresh linen is supplied weekly. Cot bedding is not supplied for infants. Towels, bath mats and tea towels are not supplied. DAMAGE DEOSIT For ustomers paying by redit or debit ard, no damage deposit is required. However, the Company reserves the right to harge the ustomer within hours of departure for any damaged or missing items and to debit the ard aordingly. If deemed neessary, a minimum 0 leaning harge ( 0 for damage aused by smoking) may also be levied. Customers paying by ash or heque will be required to provide authorisation by a redit or debit ard against the above prior to oupany of your holiday home. Failure to pay will result in legal ation. This will allow the vehile to pass freely through the entry/exit barriers until the paid up day of departure when passes must be returned to reeption. Sit on hoverboard karts are not permitted. Motorised sooters may not be used on site unless road legal and overed by a valid ertifiate of insurane. Eletri ars must not be harged on pithes a harging point is available in the Seahorse ar park.. Boats / ersonal Waterraft (WC) Boats / ersonal Waterraft (WC) must be kept on the owner s pith. Any boat/wc with a motor, no matter what size, must have third party insurane. Owners will be expeted to give evidene of this along with their pith onfirmation. This applies to all boats on site exluding hildren s toys. All boats/wc will be issued with a pass on arrival. This pass must be displayed on the raft and any boat not displaying a valid pass will be subjet to a surharge of 0% in addition to the normal fee. Motorised rafts may only enter or leave the water by way of the red buoyed hannel. No Boats / ersonal Waterraft (WC) may enter the area between the beah and the row of red buoys.
