In accordance with the provisions and procedures of Article XXVIII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 and our previous communication, dated 27 October 2011 (G/MA/262), Ukraine hereby notifies its intention to modify certain concessions included in Schedule CLXII Ukraine as set forth in Annex I 1 hereto. Ukraine is prepared to enter into negotiations and consultations with the appropriate WTO Members under Article XXVIII for modifications of the said concessions. In accordance with the guidelines for procedures, enclosed in the annexes 1 are the specific HS items with respect to which Ukraine intends to modify its concessions, a list of the respective INR holders, as well as the related import statistics. 1 In English only.
