Do not take 1st left (freeway entrance). Take 2nd left (Westage Drive). There is a sign on the brick entrance, but no road sign. Go one block to end to sculpture. (Behind the sculpture across the lake is the Mid Hudson Medical Group building.) Turn left there and circle around to right. Take a right at the next stop sign. (There will be MHMG signs along the road). Go 1/4 mile around lake. The building is directly in front of you. Parking with an additional side entrance is on the left. Directions from Newburgh/ I-87 Thruway: Take I-84 East to Exit 13 North (Route 9). At the bottom of the ramp turn left. Stay towards the left. Do not take 1st left (freeway entrance). Take 2nd left (Westage Drive). There is a sign on the brick entrance, but no road sign. Go one block to end to sculpture. (Behind the sculpture across the lake is the Mid Hudson Medical Group building.) Turn left there and circle around to right. Take a right at the next stop sign. Directions from the North: Take Route 9 South. Turn Right at the stoplight onto Westage Drive (this is the 3rd stop light from the Route 52 intersection). There is a sign on the brick entrance, but no road sign. Go one block to end to green sculpture. (Behind the green sculpture across the lake is the Mid Hudson Medical Group building.) Turn left there and circle around to right. Take a right at the next stop sign. (There will be MHMG signs along the road). Go 1/4 mile around lake. The building is directly in front of you. Parking with an additional side entrance is on the left. Directions from the South: Take Route 9 South of I-84: Take Route 9 North. Turn left at the stoplight onto Westage Drive. Parking with an additional side entrance is on the left. Highland 500 Route 299, Highland. NY Directions from Fishkill: I-84 West toward Beacon/Newburgh. Take the I-87/New York Thruway exit toward Albany/New York City. Merge onto I-87 North/New York State Thruway North toward Albany. Merge onto Rt-299 East via exit 18 toward Poughkeepsie to 550 Route 299. Make right onto Route 299, office is located on the left. Hopewell Junction 10 Cranberry Drive, Hopewell Junction, NY Directions from Fishkill: Take Route 52 through Fishkill into Brinkerhoff. After passing Season's Restaurant on your left or Blue Seal Seed and Feed on your right, there will be a fork in the road; make a left at the fork and continue on Route 82, into Hopewell Junction. Stay on Route 82 through Hopewell Junction and continue 4 miles outside of the Village of Hopewell. Cranberry Drive is on the left just before you come to the Taconic Parkway. Parking is available in the front of the building. Directions from the Taconic Parkway: Take the Taconic parkway to the exit for Route 82, South. Our facility is located west of the Taconic Parkway. Cranberry Drive is the first right after exiting the Taconic Parkway. Parking is available in the front of the building.

Destination will be on the left. Directions from Route 9: Take Route 9N to the Mid Hudson Bridge. Cross the Bridge take 9W North towards Kingston. Make a left at Route 299 W Travel for approximately 5 miles. Turn left onto I-87 N via the ramp to Albany Take exit 19 (Kingston/Rhinecliff Bridge) continue straight at the traffic circle take the second exit onto Washington Avenue, Destination on the left Kingston 140 Pine Street Professional Park, Kingston, New York Directions from Fishkill: I-84 West towards Beacon/Newburgh. Take the exit toward I-87 North. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-87N/Albany and merge onto I-87N. Take exit 19 towards NY-28/Kingston/Rhinecliff Bridge. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto I-587E/NY-28E. Turn right at Albany Ave. Turn left at Maiden Lane, take the 2nd left onto Pine Street. 140 Pine Street will be on your left. Directions from Poughkeepsie: Route 9 towards US-44/Rt-55 Mid Hudson Bridge. Turn slight left to take the US- 44W/Rt-55W ramp toward Mid Hudson Bridge. Turn slight right onto US-44W/Rt-55W. Turn slight right onto US9W N. Take the Delaware Ave ramp. Stay straight to go onto Delaware Ave. Turn right onto Hasbrouck Ave. Take the 1st left onto E Chester Street. Take the 2nd right onto Broadway. Turn left onto Rt-213/Rt-32/Henry Street. Continue to Kingston 500 Aaron Court, Kingston, New York Directions from Fishkill: Merge onto I-84 W toward Beacon/Newburgh. Go 9.7 mile take the I- 87/NYS thruway exit toward Albany/NY city. Merge onto I-87 N/NYS Thruway North toward Albany. Go 31.2 miles take exit 19 toward RT-28/Kingston/Rhinecliff Bridge Enter next roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto I-587 E/Col George Chandler Dr/RT-28 E. Turn right onto Albany Ave go.1 miles turn slight right onto Clinton Ave. go.1 miles turn right onto Westbrook Lane go.1 miles turn right onto Aaron Ct. go.1 miles End at 500 Aaron Court. Kingston 90 Prince Street, Kingston, NY Directions from Fishkill: Merge onto I-84 W toward Beacon/Newburgh. Go 9.7 miles Take the I- 87/NY State Thruway exit toward Albany/NY city. Take the exit on the right and follow to the stop sign at the top of the hill turn right and proceed to 30 Columbia Street on the left. For our Walk-In Center, take Route 9 North approximately 12 miles to the Columbia Street/Rinaldi Blvd. exit. Take the exit on the right and follow to the stop sign at the top of the hill turn left onto Columbia Street and proceed across the overpass to the stop sign. Turn right onto Pine Street Spur and follow to the bottom of the hill and make a second right. Follow to building on right. Poughkeepsie - 22 Green Street, Poughkeepsie, New York Directions from Route 9: Take Route 9 North into Poughkeepsie. Across from the south entrance at Marist College turn right at traffic light to St. Francis Hospital/Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington Street and proceed ¼ mile. At traffic light turn left onto Clark Street. Proceed ¼ mile and turn right onto Green Street. Building is on the left. Putnam Our Putnam office is located directly on the grounds of the Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel New York. At end of ramp, turn right onto Route 312 and drive a little over a mile to the light. At light, turn right onto Route 6 and drive approximately 1-1/2 miles to third light. Urology Take entrance at valet parking, take elevator to the 2nd floor, make left off of elevator, make your 1st right and Urology is the last door on the right, Suite 204 Directions from I-684: Get off at Exit 8 (Hardscrabble Road/Croton Falls). At end of ramp, follow directions to Croton Falls and drive a little over 1 mile, going through the town of Croton Falls to sign indicating Brewster straight ahead/lake Mahopac left. Turn left and go.1 miles to light. At light, turn right onto Route 100/202 and go.1 mile. Turn left onto Stoneleigh Avenue and go approximately 2-1/2 miles and hospital is on the right.
