3 Life on the Road Living away from home for 5 days Staying in ATL hotel 4 students per room 2 chaperones per room All but 2 meals will be included in the trip cost Students get to sign up for rooms and bus assignments

4 Agenda Day 1 Day 1 Wednesday, April 23rd After School - Load bus and depart for Atlanta Dinner on own at Mall Food Court ($7-8) Check in to Hotel in ATL for 4 nights 4 students per room

5 Agenda Day 2 Day 2 Thursday, April 24th Full breakfast in the hotel Zoo Atlanta. This 40- acre zoo is one of the finest in the country. Don t miss the two giant pandas and their offspring! - A picnic lunch is included Fernbank Museum of Natural History, the largest museum of natural sciences in the Southeast, this architecturally stunning facility boasts 65 acres of pristine forest. Come face-to-face with the world's largest dinosaurs, explore the development of life on Earth through the landscapes of present-day Georgia, connect with cultures from around the world, and much more Return to the hotel to clean up a bit Dinner at Benihana (or similar) Evening - performance of Britten s War Requiem by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (preceded by a public pre-show discussion with the conductor or a private, post-show meet-n-greet with a musician.)

6 Agenda Day 3 Day 3 Friday, April 25th Full Breakfast at the hotel Inside CNN Studio Tour where you ll get a firsthand look at how the news is gathered, written and reported by the inventors of 24-hour news. Then visit the Georgia Aquarium. This world s largest aquarium covers 9 ½ acres and is home to tens of thousands of animals including 500 species around the world. *Lunch will be a meal voucher. Visit World of Coca-Cola: This 75,000 sq ft facility houses a massive collection of memorabilia along with numerous interactive displays, high-tech exhibits, an art gallery and video presentations. Evening - Atlanta Braves vs Cincinnati Reds Baseball Game with $10 food voucher.

7 Agenda Day 4 Day 4 Saturday, April 26th Enjoy breakfast in the hotel before spending the day at the Dixie Classic Festival with concert performance and evening Awards Ceremony. Lunch will be a $10 cash allotment Following the festival, head to Medieval Times to enjoy a rousing, two-hour live jousting tournament complete with awe-inspiring horsemanship and falconry and feast on a four-course meal. A disc jockey will be hired for a post dinner dance.

8 Agenda Day 5 Day 5 Sunday, April 27th Full breakfast in the hotel prior to checking out Spend the day at Six Flags over Georgia Lunch will be a meal voucher Drive home with dinner (on own) Arrive home with great memories of Atlanta!
