3 Mounting During the mounting it is not allowed the entry of private cars in the Mostra d'oltremare. It' s forbbiden the employment of minors pregnant women, people with disabilities (sprains, fractures, etc...) during the phases of construction. During the mounting it is forbidden the use of substances that for any reason can be dangerous for the proper conduct of the event and the safety of visitors (eg: open ames, explosive materials irritants, knives not prepared for performances and sharp or pointed so cause offense, etc...). The construction operations will take place starting from 8.30am to 12.00pm on 25 th October 2018 except that for tters of naked areas that will have access starting at 8.30am on October 24 th and must be completed without fail within the prescribed period according timelines granted b y t h e A s s o c i a t i o n C a n a p a i n M o s t r a. At the end of that period all spaces, halls, streets and squares of the Mostra d'oltremare must be left for clearing and cleaning operations. Any cars present will be removed and the costs will be charged to the Exhibitor. During the opening hours the Exhibitor shall take care of his space directly or through his staff. The Exhibitor shall be liable, even to the Association Canapa in Mostra, for all direct and indirect damages for any reason is attributed to him or to the staff operating on his behalf; Canapa in Mostra assumes no responsibility regarding possible theft or damage of goods on display or otherwise lying in the Mostra d'oltremare, whatever the cause. The Association, as delegated by the Exhibitors through the membership fee, directly provides insurance of guarantees of third party liability and re for the ceilings described in the respective space booking forms. The Exhibitor, to protect against theft and damage their material, must take an insurance policy covering their own material during the days of the Exhibition, including the days of setting up and dismantling. Dismounting Dismounting and their dismantling operations are performed from Sunday 28th October and from 9.30pm to 12.00pm and Monday 29th October from 8.30am until 6.00pm according to the timing provided to each by the Association. The entrance of the vehicles will be allowed only from the entrance of Viale Marconi. During the phases of dismantling, each exhibitor is responsible for the goods that is located within his stand. 4 How to get to the fair From Capodichino airport you can reach Piazza Garibaldi Central Station FS, by Alibus (h. 06:30am - 11:30pm every 30 minutes). From Piazza Garibaldi by Subway Line 2 you come easily to Piazzale Tecchio Campi Flegrei station, from where you can walk to the Mostra D'Oltremare entrance Viale Marconi. By plane By train From Central Station FS, Piazza Garibaldi take the Subway Line 2 you come easily to Piazzale Tecchio (Campi Flegrei station), from where you can walk to the Mostra D'Oltremare entrance Viale Marconi. From the stop of Piazzale Tecchio (in front of the Campi Flegrei station) you can reach the Mostra D'Oltremare in 5 minutes on lines 180, 181, 615, C1, C2, C6, C7, C8 e R6. By bus By car From the highway (A1, A3 o A16) take the Naples bypass to exit 11 Fuorigrotta and follow the directions to the Mostra D'Oltremare.
