2 Welcome to Lāna'i! At the centre of the Hawaiian archipelago, a few miles west of Maui, the tiny island of Lana i is an unspoiled paradise of spectacular sea coast and enchanting highland forest. The island is 98% privately owned providing a sense of uncrowded natural calm unique within the Hawaiian islands. Lana i is approximately 13 miles wide and 18 miles long, with ground elevations varying from sea level to more than 3,400 feet. The central landscape offers mist-shrouded mountains and forests of Cook Island pines where wild deer roam freely. The coastline is ringed by secluded white-sand beaches, rugged red lava cliffs and crystal-clear waters. A place of deep cultural significance, Lana i features many historic sites, old fishing villages and unique topographical attractions. The island s only community is the quaint plantation town of Lana i City, with a full-time population of just 3,000. For nearly a century, Lana i was home to Hawaii s largest pineapple plantation and was known as the Pineapple Island for its fields of golden pineapples. Now Lana i has been transformed into an exclusive island destination with two Four Seasons resorts each presenting a distinctive Hawaiian experience. 3 CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES Compcare Services will host management conference sessions throughout the day on Thursday and Friday, May All attendees should plan to arrive no later than Wednesday evening, May 11 th. Continental Breakfast will be provided for conference participants at morning conference sessions. Compcare Services will also host a cocktail party for attendees and accompanying guests on Thursday evening. Dates Run of House Run of Ocean May 11-13, 2011 $ $ Four Seasons Resort Manele Bay is extending these special group rates for the dates above, and up to three (3) days prior and/or three (3) days following conference dates. Run of House group room block includes an unspecified mix of Garden and Garden Ocean guest rooms. Run of Ocean consists of an unspecified mix of Garden Ocean, Partial Ocean View and Ocean View guestrooms. Group rates are per room, per night and subject to the prevailing taxes and service charges, currently: Sales and Occupancy Taxes: % Porterage: $12.00 per person round trip, plus 4.166% tax Housekeeping: $4.25 per room per day, plus 4.166% tax Island Transportation: $47.50 per person (includes round trip transfer to and from Lana i Airport, Manele Boat Harbor, downtown Lana i City, and inter-hotel shuttle) Maximum guest room occupancy is two (2) adults and two (2) minors under the age of 18 years, or three (3) adults. Tea Room Bar In the refined setting of the Tea Room Bar, creative cocktails and a wide selection of drinks will warm you on a chilly night in the highlands, along with a light menu. A sampling of favorites includes Ahi Sashimi Rose; Potted Crab and Artichoke Spread with warm garlic bread; and Mini Beef Burgers. 8 AIR ACCESS Lana'i Airport is located off Kaumalapau Highway approximately 3 miles (4.8 kilometers) west of Lana'i City, and features a paved runway 5,000 feet (1,524 meters) long and 150 feet (45.7 meters) wide. It has facilities to accommodate up to three corporate jets. Island Air offers scheduled daily non-stop services between Lana'i City, Honolulu and Kahului. Convenient charter services from all islands to Lana'i are offered by Hawaiian Airlines, Marjet, Maui Air, Mokulele Air, Paragon Air, WT Air, Royal Hawaiian Air Service, Sunshine Helicopters, InterIsland Airways and Pacific Wings. FERRY ACCESS The Expeditions passenger ferry offers daily services between Lahaina, Maui or Ma alaea, Maui and the Manele Small Boat Harbor on Lana'i. Transfers to Four Seasons Resort Lana'i at Manele Bay are provided for registered guests with applicable fees. TRANSFER COSTS The Four Seasons Resort Lana`i at Manele Bay is a 20 minute drive south of the Lana`i City Airport. The Lana`i Airport and Manele Small Boat Harbor transfer fee is $47.50 per person, round trip, excluding tax. This charge will be posted to the guests account at check-in. Children ages 4 to 12 will be 50% off, round trip, excluding tax. Children under the age of 3 are complimentary. Transportation fee includes unlimited use of any scheduled shuttles and departures from Lana`i Airport or Manele Small Boat Harbor. Transportation fee also includes unlimited shuttle service between The Four Seasons Resort Lana`i at Manele Bay, The Lodge at Koele, and downtown Lana`i City.

With wellpracticed skills, spa therapists provide services of the highest quality, creating an unforgettable experience. Our extensive menu of rejuvenating and restorative treatments includes massages, facials, pedicures and manicures, as well as contemporary services such as ti-leaf wraps and seaweed body masks. The facility includes a total of 11 treatment rooms, including red cedar dry heat saunas, eucalyptus steam rooms and rainforest showers. Massages are available to guests 12 years of age or older. Guests between the ages of 12 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the treatment. For other spa treatments, guests under 16 years of age require parental approval or presence during the treatment. The Resort's beach kiosk offers snorkeling equipment for you to enjoy Lana'i's underwater world. On a weekly basis, special activities are organized, such as the Lana'i Ultimate Adventure (snorkeling and jeep safari) and Snorkel Sail; fees apply. SURFING Surfing is one of the oldest continuously practiced sports and one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Captain Cook discovered the Hawaiian kings riding waves hundreds of years ago, and the sport is now practiced everywhere in Hawaii that has a coastline with waves. You may even discover the history of some island attractions on the way to your destination WHALE WATCHING (SEASONAL) From November to April the mighty Humpback Whale makes its migration passing through the Au au Channel. Its playful behavior is an amazing display of grace, power and beauty. Visit the whales with Ecologists and Biologists who are involved with the research and protection of these magnificent animals. FITNESS CENTER Warm up for a golf game at the Fitness Center, featuring a new Movement Studio and state-of-the-art gym. Join us Wednesdays and Fridays for a morning fitness hike to a large cove lined with a white sand beach featuring a stone stack known as Pu'upehe (Sweetheart Rock), or enjoy Lana'i's natural beauty and breathtaking coastline on a moderately strenuous hike that will expose you to Lana'i's unique geography. Enjoy the solitude of Lana'i as you begin your hike through the forested hills and valleys of the Koele uplands. LANA'I PINE SPORTING CLAYS AND ARCHERY RANGE Our highlands centre features a 14-station sporting clay course, skeet field, wobble traps, compact sporting range, 12-station archery range and sixstation air rifle range. One of the most challenging sporting clay sites in the world, the facility features a dramatic landscape of deep gulches and ravines, vast expanses of pampas grass and groves of Australian pine and lantana brush. Beginners are introduced to the sport with a 45-minute lesson by a certified instructor.
