Trekking and downhill biking tour. (lunchbox is included) 6:00 Transfer to Cuenca, you will travel by bus for around 9 hours, or transfer to Amazon

2 Second week of the month: Cuenca Included: Spanish Group tution, host family (private bedroom, half board and laundry service) 15:00-16:00 Transfer in, from the Bus terminal to your host family 15:00-18:00 City Tour in Cuenca 17:00-18:00 Salsa Lessons 15:00-18:00 Visit to the Central Bank Museum: Ruins of Pumapungo and the Inca Garden 15:00-17:00 Cooking lessons: Traditional recipe from Ecuadorian cuisine 8:00-16:00 Visit to Ingapirca Free Day Optional activity not included in the program ( Baños) 7:30 Transfer to Manta by bus In the case of private lessons, it will be 4 hours per day for 4 days, total: 16 hours

Afternoon Cooking lessons: Traditional recipe from Ecuadorian cuisine All day Isla del Plata (amazing wildlife, similar to Galapagos'), snorkelling (many fish) whale watching (in season). 9:00 Transportation to Montañita by bus

5 Fourth week of the month: Montañita Classes in Montanita are split: 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon: e.g and 1-3 or and 3-5 Accommodation in shared mini-dorm, optional: upgrade to private cabana for US$ 75 depending on the availability 15:00-16:00 Arrival in Montañita, to the mini-dorms (cabañas); optional: airport transfer from Guayaquil (US$90.00) Afternoon Salsa lesson Evening Cooking lessons: Traditional recipe from Ecuadorian cuisine 9:30 Surf trip to nearby beaches 10:00 am Transfer to Quito by bus
