8 Great Incentives, etc. to Industrial Locations For companies setting up a business newly in Inzai City, issue of the amount received equivalent to fixed asset taxes as industrial location incentive subsidies for a period of 7 years at longest (maximum amount of total 7 billion yen during the period subject to the issue). In the case of land lease for business purposes regarding lands, owned by Chiba Prefecture, having the great majority of unused grounds, issue of the amount equivalent to fixed asset taxes for leased lands as incentive subsidies. If applicable, issue of employment subsidies (200 thousand yen per citizen s full-time employee). In addition to incentives by Inzai City, incentives provided by Chiba Prefecture are available. Promotion In any designated urbanization area Area Eligible Facility Eligible Business Operator Incentive Measures Conditions Any office and relevant facility newly established, increased and transferred (refer to the following table). Any business operator conducting a business by newly establishing, increasing and transferring any eligible facility. <Industrial Location Incentive Subsidies> Issue of the maximum amount received equivalent to fixed asset taxes for any eligible facility (in the case of increase/transfer, issue of the maximum amount equivalent to fixed asset taxes for eligible land/house). Total amount of the incentive subsidies is up to total 7 billion yen (during the period subject to the issue). The period subject to the issue is computed the first time from April 1 in the following year of business start (for 5 or 7 years) (refer to the following table). In case of non-full-pay of municipal taxes and dues such as rental fees, etc. by the end of such fiscal year, non-issue of the incentive subsidies for such fiscal year. In the case of land lease for business purposes regarding lands subject to Grants Distributed to Municipalities Where National Assets, etc. are Located, the amount equivalent to such grants are deemed to be the amount received equivalent to fixed asset taxes for any land. In this case, the period subject to the issue is computed the first time from April 1 of two years later of business start. The amount of invested fixed asset taxes are not less than the standard amount (refer to the following table). Operators will start a business within after ensuring lands in any promotion area. Operators / Eligible facilities complying with laws and regulations, etc., considering well surrounding environment and obeying public orders and good manners. Complete payment of municipal taxes and dues such as <Employment Subsidies> 200 thousand yen per citizen s full-time employee, and 300 thousand yen in the case of disabled person. Issue of the maximum amount of total 20 million yen. Issue of the subsidies only once. Not less than 10 citizen s full-time employees employed during a period of 6 months prior to the start date of business to the start date and also continuing to work until at least 12 months after
9 Invalidity rental fees, etc. The amount of invested fixed asset taxes means the total amount of acquisition of lands, houses and depreciable assets set forth in Article 341 of Local Tax Act regarding the expense required for newly establishment, increase or transfer. the start date of business. Complete payment of municipal taxes and dues such as rental fees, etc. March 31, 2019 (the deadline of designation of operators is February 1, 2019). However, in the case of operators designated according to provisions of this Ordinance before invalidity of this Ordinance, the previous regulations shall apply thereafter.
