5 Thursday, 10 August 2017 Thursday, 10 August Guided Hiking Tour Dachstein Glacier From Schladming we take the bus to Ramsau where we take the cable-car to the glacier. The first part of the hike takes us across the "Schladminger" glacier to the high plateau "Am Stein" a bizarre Karst landscape. Across hillocks and swales we reach Feistererscharte. Descending, we reach Guttenberghaus a couple of minutes later, where we take a longer rest. After 2 hours descent we take the bus back to Schladming.
