As soon as possible for the best perks for being a part of Matt & Tricia wedding group but for sure by February 2, 2018! Who should I ask for when making my reservation? All reservations must be made directly through Nanda at Beach Bum Vacation. Payment policy: In order to guarantee your room the full payment must be received by February 2, Beach Bum Vacation s insurance policy will cover your airfare 100% if booked through Beach Bum Vacation. Airfare booked separately is not covered. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover & Diners Club are also accepted. Note: Returned checks subject to $30.00 fee. What travel documents will I need? You will need a valid passport that has an expiration date that is good for six months after your return travel date in order to travel to Mexico, no exceptions. You will need to indicate on the form if you accept or decline TRIP INSURANCE. PLEASE NOTE: Insurance CANNOT be added after payment is made. Insurance is due at the time of making the reservation along with the down payment.

5 This plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is canceled for any reason prior to departure. It also covers up to certain amounts for trip interruption, baggage loss, medical expenses. I strongly encourage you to purchase travel protection. Ask Beach Bum Nanda if you want exact details and she can forward you PDF. Special Needs: Please specify if anyone in your party meets any of the following criteria: (1) holds frequent flyer miles (2) is hearing or vision impaired (3) has dietary restrictions (4) needs a wheelchair (5) is diabetic (6) is highly allergic. CANCELLATION POLICY: Once your reservation is made, the cancellation fee is $150 per person up to 186 days prior to travel. Between days prior to travel the cancellation fee is $100 per person penalty in addition to the deposit of $150. Between days prior to travel - the cancellation fee is $200 per person penalty in addition to the deposit of $150. Between days prior to travel - the cancellation fee is $400 per person penalty in addition to the deposit of $ days or prior - the cancellation penalty is the full balance of your reservation. No Refund. A full penalty applies for any cancellation and reduction. The aforementioned is person or room canceling (so if 1 person within the room cancels these same rules apply for that person). Regarding Airline tickets if Beach Bum Vacation booked your tickets - they are 100% not refundable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees. Insurance covers these penalties for individuals making reservations within the group if they have purchased insurance. Insurance does NOT cover the group contract as a whole, only individuals. If you do not have insurance natural disasters (such as hurricanes), cancellations for ANY reason (medical/personal emergencies, cancellation of the wedding, etc.) do not relieve them from these penalties. ONLY the Travel Insurance will help with coverage. Frequently Asked Questions: -Currency: USDs are accepted in Mexico so there is no need to exchange your currency. -Clothing: some restaurants require men to wear long pants, shirt with collar & closed toe shoes. -Airport: you must arrive at the airport two hours prior to flight departure time. -Passport: go to your local post office and request passport forms, instructions will be provided. It takes approximately 3-6 weeks for processing.
