You must do so on your own. Determine if you want travel protection. It s highly recommended! Insurance rates below are based on your total vacation package value per person. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Cost is $99 per person. DOWN PAYMENT OPTIONS: 1) Room Only: It s just $150 per person to book just the room. 2) Room with insurance: It s just $150 per person + the cost of insurance ($99) = $249 down 3) Room and flights without insurance: It s $150 per person + total airfare cost. 4) Room and flights with insurance: It s just $150 per person + the cost of insurance ($99) +$249 down. With the insurance Amy can book your airfare with the deposit and allow you to make payments on the airfare and hotel package. Flight schedules to Cancun can be very limited so please contact her soon to make your reservation. Who should I ask for when making my reservation? All reservations must be made directly through Amy at Beach Bum Vacation. Payment policy: In order to guarantee your room the full payment must be received by February 18, Beach Bum Vacation s insurance policy will cover your airfare 100% if booked through Beach Bum Vacation. Airfare booked separately is not covered. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover & Diners Club are also accepted. Note: Returned checks subject to $30.00 fee. What travel documents will I need? You will need a valid passport in order to travel to Cancun, no exceptions. It must be valid for at least six months after your return date of travel. You will need to indicate on the form if you accept or decline TRIP INSURANCE.

5 PLEASE NOTE: Insurance CANNOT be added after payment is made. Insurance is due at the time of making the reservation along with the down payment. Optional insurance will be $99 per person for this package. This plan protects against cancelation penalties if the trip is canceled for any reason prior to departure. It also covers up to $100 per person for trip interruption, up to $800 per person for baggage loss, and up to $5,000 per person for medical expenses. I strongly encourage you to purchase travel protection. Special Needs: Please specify if anyone in your party meets any of the following criteria: (1) holds frequent flyer miles (2) is hearing or vision impaired (3) has dietary restrictions (4) needs a wheelchair (5) is diabetic (6) is highly allergic. CANCELATION POLICY: Once your reservation is made, the cancelation fee is $150 per person up to January 11, From January 12, 2019 to March 13, 2019 the cancelation fee is a 1 room night penalty per person. From March 14, 2019, to departure the cancelation penalty is the full balance of your reservation. The aforementioned is person or room canceling (so if 1 person within the room cancels these same rules apply for that person). Regarding Airline tickets if Beach Bum Vacation booked your tickets - they are 100% not refundable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees. Insurance covers these penalties for individuals making reservations within the group if they have purchased insurance. Insurance does NOT cover the group contract as a whole, only individuals. If you do not have insurance natural disasters (such as hurricanes), cancelations for ANY reason (medical/personal emergencies, cancelation of the wedding, etc.) do not relieve them from these penalties. ONLY the Travel Insurance will help with coverage. Frequently Asked Questions: -Currency: USDs are accepted in Cancun so there is no need to exchange your currency. -Clothing: some restaurants require men to wear long pants, shirt with collar & closed toe shoes. -Airport: you must arrive at the airport two hours prior to flight departure time. -Passport: go to your local post office and request passport forms, instructions will be provided. It takes approximately 3 weeks for processing. They also have a new Infinity section and that building was recently built in the last couple of years. The suites are more modern over there. They are spacious and have some fantastic options for infinity pools on your balcony, swimup areas, etc. They do have restaurants and bars on both sides and golf cart type shuttles that will take you between both sides where you have free exchange privileges.
