2 OVERVIEW A substantial 6 bedroom property on the edge of the Dorset countryside, sleeping 26, with amazing facilities including a full size snooker room, a games room with a full size pool table and darts board. there is also a separate cabin sauna for six adults. The house welcomes large groups of families or friends and well-behaved Stag and Hen Parties. The accommodation is very flexible and spreads through the very spacious property. The sun lounge is ideal for the group dining and opens out into the rear garden. Your group can then spread into the joining lounge which also opens out into the garden. There are two easy-access bedrooms on the ground floor with six single beds. These are next to a walk-in shower room and two separate downstairs toilets. Then the large entrance hallway leads up the winding gallery staircase to four further bedrooms. Two have en-suite bathrooms and there is a third bathroom for the other two bedrooms. The house is up a private driveway with forecourt parking for many cars and the property is set in its own private gardens, which includes a rear BBQ patio area with plenty of seating. This deluxe holiday home is on the outskirts of Poole, so we often arrange a mini-bus and chauffeur driver package for our guests to travel into Poole and Bournemouth at any time of the day or night (this is an extra cost) This property definitely has the WOW factor for its endless facilities and spacious accommodation, making the house an ideal solution for large groups wanting to enjoy the flexibility of a group booking in a private property Situated near the famous Poole and Bournemouth blue flagged beaches for the daytime and the vibrant town centers for the afternoon and then the exhilarating night life.
