3 0 1 ALOFT HOTEL Experience a new intimate stay. Aloft Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. It is a short uber ride away from the airport and surrounded by a variety of night life activities from restaurants to rooftop bars or city parks to enjoy a nice walk at. The Aloft Hotel belongs to the Marriott brand with a target market being the next generation travelers. The typical guest stays no longer than two to three nights and usually is traveling on business. The hotel will offer a new sense of intmacy to every guest who visits by providing a comfortable and open concept lobby space in addition to a private and intimate guest room. The Aloft Hotel will share an intimate experience without sacrificng comfort. 01

The large warehouse will hold space for the marketing, branding, and design teams in the area. Each team will have a designated desking system personalized to the individual and team needs. The space will provide not only a workable environment but also zones designated for relaxation and recration throughout the workdays. 05

11 03 SINGIN RIVER BREWERY Florence, Alabama The redesign of the Singin River Brewery will consider the needs and requets of the client. The new design wil feature new windows and doors, a new bar, area for retail, warehouse design for entertainment, and an aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable outdoor space. By request of the client, the space should have a modern rustic style and feel inviting and comfortable to all customers. The redesign of Singin River Brewery calls for detail and quality design that considers the client s needs. 09

15 04 PARK-GATES RESIDENCE Opelika, Alabama This home in historic Opelika was reborn with a clean, crisp color pallette and a modern elegance, combined with the already quaint charm of this cottage-like haven. The design focuses on creating sanctuary, agining in place, and multi-function, to use properly every square foot of this small home. With the white-washed exterior, soft pastels, and collected materials, this structure becomes a rustic French retret in which to watch the morning sky Maxwell, the residences s adorable pug dog. 13
